We were given chips and salsa, the green hot sauce was very good, and I knew our food would also be good based on the hot sauce alone. The fajita tacos were delicious , and on fresh made corn tortillas. All of the meats on our different dishes was very flavorful; we got fajita, barbacoa and brisket. The brisket tacos are my favorite, the corn tortilla they are on are delicious and the green sauce is one of my favorites. The food is authentic and makes me happy. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find delicious tacos in Hurst instead of having to travel far to satisfy my craving. The staff is friendly and there are various items on the menu, but the street tacos are what caught my eye. Priced reasonably under $2 per taco, you get your choice of meat and tortilla type (price varies depending on meat and corn vs flour tortillas). I opted for carnitas, barbacoa, and pastor on corn tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. The corn tortillas are the best corn tortillas I have ever had! Mainly because I could tell they were made in house. They were soft, fresh, and took the taco to a whole new level. They also have green and red sauce. The red sauce is spicier than the green, both had great flavor and I loved that they were actually spicy! I enjoyed eating at 3 Ninas and I will definitely go back. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I believed that the meat could use a bit more seasoning. The pastor was good, but I felt that cumin overpowered the rest of the flavor. The barbacoa and carnitas tasted similar, but of course the barbacoa was more tender and fattier, which I love. Both were good, but again, they just needed a few more spices to take it to the next level. However, the combination of the sauces, fresh tortillas, and friendly staff is what's making me want to go back! Can't front. This is possibly by favorite taco place in Hurst. Some incredibly flavorful tacos here, without a doubt. But for me the star of the show are their handmade corn tortillas. Structurally strong enough to maintain their integrity while being pinched around the edges to hold in diced chicken or shrimp despite the rigidity of those meats... yet somehow soft enough to come apart in your mouth without really needing to chew. Tortillas here are delicious. Them hoes were puffier than my eyes the morning after that bachelor party at the strip club. Definitely top 5 tortillas i tasted so far. Meat was average, nothing special but they weren't bad in any way. However, that barbacoa was delish! That hoe had enough juice and tenderness, took me back home to my hometown in MX for a minute. I ordered delivery from this place for breakfast today, while I was waiting at the car dealership. The food was really good, but what really stood out, totally outstanding, were the corn tortillas. They are obviously homemade, but I've had a lot of homemade corn tortillas at restaurants before. These corn tortillas are far and above 99% of the corn tortillas I have had at restaurants in my 56 years on earth. Full disclaimer: I was born and raised in So Cal and spent my entire life going back and forth from CA and Mexico. My family owns a house there and I've eaten some of the best authentic Mexican food there. Soooo, I know a bit about Mexican food. Why I can't find decent Mexican food in Texas just baffles me. Anyway. The rice and the green salsa were both fairly good but the meats- carnitas, barbacoa and chicken- were dry and needed salt and more flavor. The dark sauce/salsa was just strange altogether and I can't really pinpoint what the flavor of that stuff even was. The quesadilla was just okay and not very melted. The flan was just plain awful. It had a strange taste and was chunky and curdled. We took a few bites and chucked it. I make WAY better flan and I'm Hungarian. Go figure. I wish we could add this place to our list of good places to go but unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen. read more

Their food was good and takeout was easy enough. The order was slightly incorrect but I noticed it and they fixed it without issue. They accommodated our vegetarian requests, which of course entails lots of cheese. All in all it was good and tasted fresh. I would say they're $$ not $ based on the price we paid (close to $40 for takeout for 2. We didn't get any meat so usually our food is cheaper due to that factor). Based on the menu prices it appears they raised their prices some. We all shouldn't be too surprised considering everyone is right now; it is understandable. It's all about the tortillas. There's a reason everyone is mentioning them in their reviews. Those tortillas are the perfect vessel for any of the delicious proteins you decide to fill them with. I tried 3 tacos: carnitas, pastor, and fajita. The fajita was fine but could have used more flavor. The carnitas were the perfect balance of tender and fatty with lots of flavor; these were the second best carnitas I've had (excluding homemade). The pastor was tender, sweet (not overly so), and best of all, not greasy. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other dishes very soon. read more

I've been craving some north side stockyards street style tacos! So when this came up nearby on yelp I had to give it a try. Tacos were tiny but that's to be expected of street style tacos. I got fajita tacos but the barbacoa taco was best in my opinion! The others were pretty dry an overcooked tasting, Chips seemed stale, but the salsa had a nice little kick! We paid about 15 for two taco plates. (Will include photo) This was a little hole in the wall joint but the service was friendly.
