What a cute and delicious food truck !! Parking at the Park…read moreon a Saturday was no fun. But we did find a spot. Line was about 10 minutes long. Ordering was quick and easy. I had the chipotle lobster roll. Deliciously toasted bread. The roll was juicy and had the best smoky flavor. Potatoes salad was sooo good!!! Definitely had a sweeter finish. Love it. My husband had the wasabi roll. He raved about the bread too. He said it didn't have any wasabi flavor, but he eats wasabi by the spoonfuls. I tried a bite and could definitely tasted the wasabi and the kick. Not my thing but it was really good! There is an option to XL/ add more lobster for $10. I saw a couple that had the xl it was a lot of lobster. I felt we didn't need the extra there was plenty of lobster. But definitely not an overpriced option!

It's a small food truck located on the hill near the parking lot at the park. Parkings are available at the park itself. They offer few options for lobster rolls as well as other sandwiches like pulled pork and drinks as well as whoopie pie. We got 6oz maine style and wasabi mayo lobster rolls and blueberry soda and a whoopie pie. Lobster rolls were overflowing with lobster meat and paired with nicely buttered and toasted buns. They were both delicious but i actually liked the wasabi mayo version better personally.Blueberry soda was refreshing which is a brand i've had before from Maine that i like. Whoopie pie was pretty good even though i've never been that into them whenever i had them which is few. Service good and very quick. Our order came out within like 3 minutes. Overall the place was pretty good especially for touristic area like the Fort Williams park. It's be one of better lobster rolls we had in Maine. Price was pretty average for lobster rolls. Great place to stop by if you are in the portland head light/Fort Williams Park.
