I am sad that it took me this long to find a quality, delicious croissant in Southern Maine. This is not your average bakery. They had these tiny chocolate creme tarts/pie with mango coulis and wow. An absolute dream. Everything we tried was next-level--light, flavorful, not overly sweet, and clearly made with serious skill. After the breakfast pastries you will find cases of other pastries and cakes and lastly bon bons and truffles. They do have a small amount of seating/tables if you must eat your goodies right away. My wife and I each grabbed something to bring home and enjoy a little later since we had breakfast nearby. My wife got their Tres Leche cake and absolutely loved it.
