Sam was very hospitable & had great personality. The food was upscale bar food! We had an amazing time. We started with the Beer Chaser & the Beef Tartare! My 1st coworker had the dirty martinis with 3 olives, I had the Pinot Grigio, my other co worker had the stout, & my last partner had the "Blonde". All & all I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Sam!

A nice casual brew pub with great outdoor seating a few blocks from Old Quebec and directly across from our hotel. The food (I had ribs) was really good as was the beer and cocktails. Definitely worth checking out.

Can get crowded during HH but there's plenty of outdoor seating. In the hot summer months, this is a good spot to grab a cold beer, the white IPA in particular. A great (and tasty) app for sharing is the Focaccia. Had the chicken been marinated, the New Delhi pizza could've been a lot better.

Plenty on-tap!

Always a classic solid food & service overall. Love their local brew on tap...especially the fall Marzen.

Fresh off a week long trip to Québec City, there was a lot if memorable sights, events, and foods. While it might be a crime to say, a sandwich and amber pint from Les Three Brasseurs stood out as my favorite meal from the whole trip. We made the trek from our AirBnB to the restaurant-heavy Grande Allee and reached Les Three Brasseurs first. Not wanting to go with the first choice, we went down the whole road, looking at every single menu for the restaurants on both sides of the street. Always go with your gut, as the chicken bacon avocado sandwich was calling my name. Since it was post-lunch afternoon hours, we were seated immediately. I ordered the abovementioned sandwich and amber pint quickly after sitting. The sandwich was bold, juicy, and crunchy without any hint of sogginess. The beer was crisp and refreshing, with all the positive buzzwords about beer. In the end, the bill came to $56 USD after tax and tip. While I wouldn't make the 9.5 hour drive for the sandwich, it was worth the 20 minute Québec walk!

I gotta say, the amber ale and poutine was great. That's about where it ends. I ordered the ribs, which were quite disappointing. The other dishes such as the Brussels sprout salad and burgers were lackluster too. They didn't even ask what temperature to cook the burgers. The service was decent overall, we were just seated by the doorway which created a tornado table situation. Walking in and out of the restaurant we had to go through a good 3 inches of standing water, luckily I was wearing boots but the ladies weren't! The bathrooms were located upstairs, a bit of a hike but you get a great view of the brew tanks while walking by. A lot of little stuff but when combined it didn't prove to be a very satisfying dining experience.

Outstanding Beer. Delicious Food. Great Service. Atmosphere Is Great. I would recommend to try SAVOY DIOTS.

This was the basic flat bread. HUGE and super delicious as an app for us. Not fancy just easy and good and perfect with our beers.

In Quebec City for two days and had some amazing meals but was craving some good old chain pub food and saw some other reviews that said this place was close to the American type chain pub restaurants and they were right! Atmosphere was great. Good music, lots of space, very clean place. We went late at night and there was still a fair amount of people eating and drinking in the multiple rooms. The servers were very friendly and spoke English really well. The beers were really great. Besides being super affordable my man is a beer aficionado and loved their beers. They brought us tasters of their beer special of the night right as we sat down that was great too. The food was good, now keep in mind that it's pub food and we love simple easy non fancy pub food, so we were happy. It's by no means super tasty incredible call-home about food but it was hearty, good portions and exactly what we wanted at the time. If you are looking for a food experience in the city this isn't the place for you but for a good hearty easy pub meal and a buncha beers then totally check it out while you're in town.

Average restaurant but good beer. It's Quebec City go out and have a great meal at a real local restaurant (not a chain like this).

Almost at the entry to old town they entice you with a dinner special. This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect -- warm, welcoming, and full of energy. The staff went above and beyond, super friendly and genuinely happy to be there (which says a lot). They also spoke English which helped out a lot. Now the food... unreal. Everything we tried was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The beer selection. Over 200 beers on tap and in bottles -- local brews, imports, seasonal picks -- literally something for everyone. The bartender knew his stuff and even helped us find the perfect pairings for our meal. Between the amazing food, the unbeatable beer list, and the great service, this place checks every box. Definitely my new go-to spot for dinner, drinks, and good times with friends. 10/10 -- Can't wait to come back!

We were seated on the patio and our very sweet server was right out to take our drink order. Since we are eating Poutine all over Canada in search of our favorite. We so enjoyed sitting on the patio, it was a beautiful day, we were people watching and enjoying the umbrellas place up the alley. Our poutine was delivered to the table and I can honestly say it was our favorite. The fries were crunch and creamy on the inside. The gravy was rich and had a deep flavor and the cheese curds had lightly melted. Every bite was perfect. The eatery and bar are tucked into a stone house that dates back to 1668, if only the walls could talk. The bar and restaurant feature local Quebec cuisine and is a gem. The service was excellent as was the atmosphere.

Then we shared an original poutine and it also was delicious- best I had on our trip thus far! I ordered mussels for my meal and a steaming pot arrived and they were yummy. Ambiance and service were great. They accommodated our awful French attempts. Drinks were large. Honestly, I feel lucky to have dined here. Everything was wonderful!

They have some Quebec staples like poutine and foie gras, and a selection of 10" pizzas available. We came here for lunch and each had a French onion soup. I had a Shack's Poutine by myself, while my mom and dad shared a beef cheek pizza. The French onion soup was a bit salty. I find it intriguing that multiple establishments in Quebec City kept mentioning their onion soups as the "best in town", including this one. This one was good, but I'd give Chez Boulay the crown from all the places I tried. The poutine, on the other hand, was excellent. Will never say no to plentiful cheese curds, and I don't mind foie gras at all. My parents enjoyed the beef cheek pizza, particularly highlighting the BBQ sauce and the smoked beef cheeks. Service was excellent. We arrived around 11:30am and there was one other table taken, but by the time we left around 1pm there was a lineup. Personally I would come back here.

When I first walked in the waitress walked by with what looked like a giant lasagna with salad and I thought oh I want that. When I looked at the menu I realized they don't have lasagna and I figured it must be the croques Monsieur. So that is what I ordered and that is exactly what came. It was very generous and full of cheese which was toasted golden brown it was really good. The salad was good too really fresh the dressing was good. I'm glad I chose it. Staff was nice.
