    Guinness and a whiskey sour
    Karen M.

I've been into bourbon lately. We stopped into a bar down the road and they only had Jack Daniels, so they recommended that we try Nelligan's, and it did not disappoint! They had a great selection of bourbon and whiskey, so I had a bourbon sour and my husband enjoyed a Guinness. Nice atmosphere/music and top notch service!

Great Irish pub! You should visit for a whiskey and a beer! When I walked in from the freezing snow I was greeted with a full band playing authentic Irish music the perfect pairing to warm the soul! This is another reason to keep walking further than the beaten path to find a great gem.

Great ambiance. Lots, alots, alots of wiskey bottles. Great selection and perfect combo with draught beers. Definitively, a must go once or twice per week. One scotch a day, keeps the doctor ... away and even if the doctor isn't far away, this made my day. Thanks.

Very good selection of scotch! If a bit out of the way, it's a great place to grab a drink and a chat

I was there for their Saint Patricks parade this past March, and it was a blast. I highly recommend this pub.

We were seated on the patio and our very sweet server was right out to take our drink order. Since we are eating Poutine all over Canada in search of our favorite. We so enjoyed sitting on the patio, it was a beautiful day, we were people watching and enjoying the umbrellas place up the alley. Our poutine was delivered to the table and I can honestly say it was our favorite. The fries were crunch and creamy on the inside. The gravy was rich and had a deep flavor and the cheese curds had lightly melted. Every bite was perfect. The eatery and bar are tucked into a stone house that dates back to 1668, if only the walls could talk. The bar and restaurant feature local Quebec cuisine and is a gem. The service was excellent as was the atmosphere.

We had 9 people and they sat 5 at a table and 4 at the bar and we were completely fine with the arrangement. It is quaint and small and we could see our family and even shared some food since we Were close enough. The cheese fondue is not to be missed . It was absolutely the perfect start to our meal. Then we shared an original poutine and it also was delicious- best I had on our trip thus far! I ordered mussels for my meal and a steaming pot arrived and they were yummy. Ambiance and service were great. They accommodated our awful French attempts. Drinks were large. Honestly, I feel lucky to have dined here. Everything was wonderful!

Almost at the entry to old town they entice you with a dinner special. This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect -- warm, welcoming, and full of energy. The staff went above and beyond, super friendly and genuinely happy to be there (which says a lot). They also spoke English which helped out a lot. Now the food... unreal. Everything we tried was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The beer selection. The bartender knew his stuff and even helped us find the perfect pairings for our meal. Between the amazing food, the unbeatable beer list, and the great service, this place checks every box.
