Sausage burrito and Ham, egg and cheese croissant
Marla M.

The service and breakfast sandwich/burrito were delicious. I experienced the feeling of clean food-not greasy and full of preservatives. The sausage they serve is very good!! I wish I could have bought some of the in house roasted Colombian coffee. Very smooth not acidic. They were running low on the last roast. Next time I will call a few weeks ahead and order a pound. Oh and this is important ..... the one bathroom they have was CLEAN!!! We ordered the Baja sandwich and sausage burrito.

Loaded Croissant with Matcha Green Tea Latte

This review is for 3:16 Cafe's sister cafe in El Centro at 1450 Broadway A, El Centro, CA 92243 as this branch does not have a Yelp page. I stepped in on a weekday morning, and was met with a super friendly barista. He whipped up an excellent matcha latte and hefty breakfast croissant sandwich. I love the laid back atmosphere here at 3:16 Cafe! My favorite coffee shop here in El Centro.

Found this little coffee cafe along our way back from the El Centro Blue Angels Airshow and wanted give it a try. Very clean establishment. They have lots of different flavors of coffee and they pride themselves on being an independent roasters in the valley. We tried their passion tea sweetened and it hit the spot. Next we sampled the avocado toast with bacon, "tasty " my girl tried the English toast- might want to ask to have the toast a little more on the warmed up side but she still enjoyed it. I tried the savory sausage breakfast burrito. Very flavorful and the homemade salsa was delicious too.

The Mexican Iced Coffee with creamer and the blueberry scone are so good! I'm normally not a huge fan of scones either but I'm glad I tired this one. The Mexican ice coffee was also very good. The drink wasn't too strong and had just the right amount of creamer. The service was very good and the inside was very clean. The noise level was average and they played some pretty good music. 5/5

One of the best caramel macchiatos I've ever had. Trendy, clean and surprisingly spacious. I will definitely be stopping by more often.

Is there free WiFi?

Yes! I routinely do work there.

Any chance the place will get some baked yummies to go w those drinks? A few vegan & gluten free options would be great too!!

They offer homemade scones and cake pops! Not sure if they are vegan & gluten free though.

Mom had a Californian Omelette, which was great, cooked well, but was a bit too large for her - we took the rest home and I had it the next day. I had a diet soda, Mom had a Bloody Mary. They have a choice of bloodies, with different faux alcohol. The mix and the veggies were great, the alcohol was meh. The big booth table was hard to get our feet around. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was pleasant, we ran into a friend there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal which was great in proportion and super flavorful. Never really had tacos for breakfast but these were quite tasty. If I ever go back think I'll try them with out the cornmeal taco as that was a bit heavy for me but it could've been just my preference. The service was spot on, not just our waitress asked were we good but several other passing service members and that is not something I'm used to. If I find myself back in California again in this neck of the woods I would love to come here again maybe for lunch because breakfast was a home run. Thank you from this little Virginian that loves flavorful yummy food.

When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty with only about two tables of customers. Despite that, we were not greeted at the door and no one acknowledged us. We were left standing there trying to figure out if we were supposed to wait to be seated or seat ourselves, which already set a negative tone for the visit. That lack of attention ended up foreshadowing the rest of the service. After we were seated, everyone else at our table eventually received their food except me. When we were finally able to get the waitress's attention to ask about my order, she realized that my plate had been given to another table. By that point, I had already been waiting around 25 minutes, and I was on a limited lunch break, so the delay was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I was charged more than what I had actually ordered. At that point, I was so disappointed and pressed for time that I did not even bother disputing it and just wanted to leave. I want to note that this experience occurred at the Antojitos on Main Street location, not the Desert Gardens location. I truly hope management can address these issues, because first impressions matter, and this visit left a lot to be desired.

Quaint and off the beaten path. DELICIOUS home made old school classics. Reasonable priced.read more
