The 2 highlights for me were (1) the customer service; I called it "positive hustling" because it was all geared toward giving the customer the best experience possible. Not just for my little group but for other customers as well. The 2nd highlight was they had stickers ( I love them), and they gave them to me when asked. Free advertising and more for 'my thing,' a win-win all around! Prices are about the same as another major coffee franchise BUT I'll go out of my way (like I tend to do) for some good coffee!
