Before leaving the El Centro area mall and heading home we decided to get some "driving fuel" from a new coffee place we'd never heard of or tried before. And I'm glad we did! We ordered 3 variations of iced coffee and 1 order of hot house coffee, and weren't disappointed in the least. The 'no sugar' option is a definite plus. The 2 highlights for me were (1) the customer service; I called it "positive hustling" because it was all geared toward giving the customer the best experience possible. Not just for my little group but for other customers as well. The 2nd highlight was they had stickers ( I love them), and they gave them to me when asked. Free advertising and more for 'my thing,' a win-win all around! Prices are about the same as another major coffee franchise BUT I'll go out of my way (like I tend to do) for some good coffee! I really really wanted to love this place, but the coffee here left much to be desired. I dropped by on a weekday around 2:00 pm and settled on getting a french vanilla iced latte while friend grabbed a plain iced latte. First off, the prices are really on the high side. I get that the even the small cups are on the larger side, but if I pay upwards of $5 for coffee, I expect the coffee to be pretty amazing. Sadly, my vanilla latte here was really watery yet dark and bitter at the same time. Not really sure how you achieve that result, but it wasn't that great in terms of flavor. Service was great and the cashier was friendly, but the lackluster coffee just left me jittery in the worst way. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. The customer service here is awful and the man that works there has the worst attitude I've experienced. He is rude, impatient, and gives off the vibe that he hates his job. The coffee is good, and the owner (the woman I forgot her name SORRY) was extremely nice. Best horchata I've ever had better than my grandmother's super duper good like drinking heaven in a cup

My friend and I enjoyed our drinks the two times we've gone. We've been fortunate to have good service and attentiveness. Both times I've gone I tried the coconut frappe and the white chocolate frappe with lechera. My friend had the raspberry lemonade and she liked it! I agree That there is always room for improvement but I'd recommend you to go try it for yourself. Local businesses are important. read more

I tried the black cold brew here and it was really watery and not strong at all. I prefer the cold brew from state street or 3:16 cafe. The lady who took my order seemed confused when I asked for cold brew. However, I have yet to try the teas which looked refreshing. read more

I haven't visited the actual store front, but I have done a mobile order and it's great! The drinks are amazingly fresh. And I like the transparency from the workers. If they have multiple orders before yours, they will give you a heads up so you aren't sitting there wondering where the heck your drink is! read more

They have HORRIBLE customer service and prices. If you purchased from them before they opened up in the mall you know that they delivered. They delivered with a certain minimum and it didn't include the drivers tip. Now they take orders for delivery but have raised prices at least a dollar more per drink, a delivery fee and a delivery tip. It's gone up to an hour for delivery and then arrives about two hours later. You guys aren't Starbucks in quality or professionalism but your prices are ridiculous. They obviously don't know how to do business and put all of their money in aesthetics at the mall instead of having common sense for a business model. If you can't deliver in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost don't offer it and then show up and hour after the time frame you gave. This place is a joke with a joke for an owner. read more

I love this place! The staff is super professional and friendly. I had called before actually walking over since I work at the mall and they were able to explain to me the difference between some drinks that I had questions on. Once I got there, they were super nice about letting me pay with different types of payment since my co workers all gave me different cards and cash, they didn't make a fuss about it like other coffee shops do. They always seem busy but they still had my orders in less than 7 minutes. I will definitely be going back to them! I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about but I would just give them a bit more time since they are fairly new to The Valley. Keep it up guys! read more

I'm retired and have been traveling throughout Europe, Mexico and South America. The coffee at this location is one of the best that I've had. I'm not a expert by no means and everyone has their likes but highly recommend you try it out. read more
