I use this computer for my work, my writing, and so many important files. Unfortunately I had never backed everything up onto a flash drive. Needless to say, I was freaking out! I found Human Computer because of all the great reviews, and now I completely understand why they have such a great reputation. John was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel like my computer was in good hands. He was able to fix it, get me back up and running, and it only cost me around $85! He even told me that based on how well I've taken care of my computer, it could easily have another five years of life in it. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to convince me that I needed a new computer or sell me something I didn't need. I also couldn't believe this little shop has been here in Riverside off Van Buren since 1996! There's something really special about finding a small local business that has been around that long and still treats people with genuine kindness. The Office was super organized with a courteously chic waiting area designed to help me get settled in peacefully. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! I'm very grateful for how honest ITC is and their patience in helping us understand how our Computers work. I was so excited to get my windows tinted after buying my first non-mom car in 28 years. I checked…read morereviews here on yelp and received quotes from 3 vendors. I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

thank you to joseph for saving my camera!…read more my canon powershot sd450 broke and couldn't toggle between camera/video/image display and i wasn't sure of what to do. thankfully i found joseph through yelp and im so grateful he was able to fix the camera since its an older model and hard to find nowadays. joseph is very knowledgeable and diligent in explaining his diagnosis to me. he showed me the broken parts and made sure i left knowing how to take better care of the camera :) my experience with him was awesome since he was able to fix my camera in less than a day, communication was great as he kept me updated through text/phone and even made sure i have a case for the camera now. overall, he took care of my camera and i felt very safe leaving it with him. highly recommend him, you'd be in very good hands!!
