I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl! I remembered Trinity because about 4 maybe 5 yrs ago I met 2 gentlemen driving a van that said Trinity Worldwide on the 405 freeway. 1 of my tires popped & on that day I was having a lot of problems & my tire popping on the freeway was the cherry on top to what felt like a horrible day. I felt hopeless for a moment, but instead of allowing myself to feel like that I prayed for help & before I knew it a van that said Trinity Worldwide pulled up behind me with 2 gentlemen ready to help. I never write negative reviews but this is for any future brides making prints for their wedding. I…read morebelieve here it is 2 companies in 1 studio but the lady that was helping us (Sookie?) was incredibly disorganized and made multiple errors. I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.

This place has such a positive vibe. Reasonable price and great service. Highly recommend!read more
