Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

I searched/inquired various locations near my home, reached out to this store's owner(?) two weeks ago in preparation of my close friend's bachelor party and requested order of t shirts so I can surprise him and wear that on Friday night (I know, it's cheesy, but I wanted to make a good memory). He responded telling me to send the file so I've sent it to him hoping to purchase through him. Initially I've received good responses, then the responses got late, later, until to the point where I got worried and constantly followed up on my order. I was contemplating whether I should jump ship, but 3 days before, owner responds saying he is able to do it and gives me a ballpark price, which sounded reasonable, so I committed to wait. In conclusion? Today, the day before my friend's event, he apologizes to me saying his employee is too busy and won't be able to make my order, and 'hopes to do business again in the future'. I'm furious, feels like I got screwed in the last minute, never been served like this doing business.
