Unfortunately, despite 3 emails to John, I've heard nothing back. 3 emails, including earlier correspondence between us, and John appears to have washed his hands clean of a product he sold. John may have some good ratings, however, remember "buyer beware!!!"

In one case one of the watches wasn't quite right when I got it back and John honored his warranty by taking it back and quickly fixing the issue and getting it back to me.
