We had got a little turned around on location and was 8 minutes late. We were told we were so late and it was to late to ride. That most people who are serious show up early. That she usually teaches riding lessons and she wasn't sure what we wanted. She knew what we wanted because it was clear in the email. It's unfortunate that she had very little compassion and her assumption we weren't serious. Everything happens for a reason. We were able to get in atbear creek stables in Morrison . The price was $15 less and amazing trail ride and kind people. So thank you Ms Doyle for not being a kind understanding person .

During this first week students get familiar with horses and horse behavior, but they don't actually ride on their own (they ride while their horses are being led around the area by the helpers). They also learn a lot about grooming and caring for horses, which I think is important. They also offer some more advanced courses and some individual riding lessons.

We, as Coloradans are blessed to have this unique and top-quality ranch right in our neighborhood, at the base of the Rocky Mountains. It has the finest viewpoints from red rock formations, canyon lands, a rushing river, a gorgeous, authentic ranch with multiple trails of varying lengths and endlessly pretty viewpoints, no matter the season. Staff have always been perfectly fun, engaging, safe, and accommodating. But I am definitely saving the best for last... the horses !!! I have never ever been disappointed in the horses I've ridden here. I'd tell you the names of my favorites, but I'll save that for you to find on your own. They are just how you hope they'd be. Healthy, well-cared for, strong, stable, and light to your requests. They are also light and sure on their feet even as they cross rocks, and all kinds of natural Colorado native brush. I fall in love with this place and my horse more every time I visit. This is your trail ride! This is your place! This is your horse making epic memories.

This was my first time in Colorado and this was my favorite experience out of the entire trip! It's such a beautiful way to see the Rocky Mountains. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and will make you feel at ease throughout the ride. I did the three hour and I highly recommend it but be aware your legs and booty will be hurting for a couple of days haha!! Still worth it! When I visit Colorado again, I will 100% be booking a ride here.

This was not labeled as a "guided talking tour".... They also allowed someone with special needs to ride on a 3 hour ride which is "not for beginners" and that really held up the experience. They should reserve the right to evaluate riders in the beginning and make adjustments accordingly. But all in all, a good experience.
