The majority of our party lives in Littleton and was excited to check out the location Unfortunately, a negative staff interaction--combined with the management's subsequent response--left us unimpressed and unlikely to return or join. We needed to change a soiled diaper and politely asked the restroom attendant (female, long brown hair) to briefly use the nearby locked restroom for that purpose only. She refused, directing us to walk "down the path" to another restroom she was "pretty sure but not 100% sure" had a changing table, and displayed clear frustration (sighing heavily, pretending to search for security) when we asked again. No other guests were around. This posed an unnecessary health risk to our infant and felt anything but family-friendly. After escalating the concern, the manager emailed us explaining that their processes were only implemented in June 2025 and they're "still working out the kinks." More frustratingly, they admitted the restroom was intentionally closed on Free Day specifically to prevent lines from forming--not for maintenance or any operational reason. Prioritizing crowd control over basic family needs like diaper changes is disappointing for a venue that promotes itself as welcoming to families. I followed up with the management asking what changes had been implemented and did not receive a response. Very unprofessional. Regrettably, this experience has left us neither confident nor interested in becoming members.

We also both appreciated the very up front pricing breakdown we were provided after touring. It's a bit hard to get a true "all-in" price from some venues, and we've heard of other family members who got bills at the end of their weddings which they weren't necessarily expecting, so having a clear all-in price up front was definitely appreciated while we were planning. The catering was seriously impressive. Both of us loved all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains. This hasn't always been my experience at other weddings - I've had to choke down my share of overcooked chicken or fairly basic cheese and cracker appetizers at other events. Quite a few people mentioned how good the food was; the prime rib carving station in particular was a very big hit! The quality of the catering really added a lot to the overall atmosphere. We absolutely loved having a dedicated day-of coordinator and banquet captain! Calypso was a delight to work with in the planning stages, was very proactive about checking in with us to make sure things were on schedule and very responsive to any questions we had as we were planning out the day! She was extremely organized and efficient in coordinating everything on the day of; we honestly didn't have to do any setup or coordination or problem-solving at all on the big day. We both felt very well taken care of, the whole thing just flowed with an efficiency that looked almost effortless somehow. We brought a pretty substantial amount of our own decorations to give the whole thing a personal touch, and they even broke all of those down and packed them up for us so we could just grab them early the next morning, which was an entirely unexpected but much appreciated little touch that freed us up from having to do any teardown after the wedding! Wedgewoods all in one packages took a lot of the stress out of vendor selection for other services too. We got to print lovely invites and save the dates through their stationary website, got an excellent DJ included in our package, worked with photographers who were familiar with the venue and had shot a number of weddings there (which makes a noticeable difference in the efficiency of getting all your posed shots done after the ceremony), got an excellent baker to do our cake, and got a wonderful florist to do centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch installation. Having quality vendors who have worked this venue before really contributed to a seamless flow on wedding day, and we were in love with the work all of them did, so we greatly enjoyed having all of those vendors included in our package from the get-go! Honestly, having planned a wedding this way, I'm struggling to imagine doing it any other way now. I don't really see how it could be possible for the planning and execution to be any more seamless. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended; easy to write that off as maybe just a nice thing for a guest to say, but it honestly seemed pretty sincere, and we got that feedback from more than a couple of people. The whole thing ran like a well-oiled machine and I think people really noticed that. A big thanks to the team at Ashley Ridge! Even the back and forth to pick a date for the tour was impossible. For example, I said no Wednesdays. What did they suggest? A Wednesday! What showed up were cheap foldable card tables with cheap felt laid over them to slightly resemble a game. Most the dealers didn't understand the games and had to have our employees walk them through things. They didn't show up with enough chips and poorly managed how chips were given out. We've reached out to Jennifer Lane Events regarding our concerns and all that comes back is combative comments that claim zero responsibility. I'm sorry but when a company holiday party of 100 people and 85% of the feedback is poor for this experience, something went wrong. Jennifer Lane Events will tell you to give them a break because they are a small business. Well save yourself the headache and the money. Go somewhere else.
