They had a lot of dress jackets and there were a few men trying some on in the aisles. The prices were decent, but I just wasn't able to find anything that I was looking for. I also checked out accessories like belts, ties and specifically I was looking for a leather messenger/ laptop type bag for men. They really didn't have anything like that, but the bag and luggage area was well organized even though there was a ton of overstock, ao much so that some was particularly blocking the entrance to the fitting rooms. I did also see a lot of extra luggage stored all along the glass divider near the escalators but again I couldn't find what I was looking for. I can't speak to the helpfulness of the staff because when I have been here they have been so busy I haven't been able to find someone to ask, without waiting in line at the cashier and I'm not willing to do that for a question. It would have been nice and helpful to have someone on the floor available to assist but I understand that they get busy. This is definitely a store worth stopping at for clothing, but in the future I will pass if I am looking for shoes or accessories. And even though it's not huge, just make sure that you have plenty of time to sort through the racks to find what you're looking for when you decide to stop in.

The guy, in the Paco Rabanne section completely ignored me as if I didn't walk right by him. He just acted like he was security. Then when he saw that I was taking his picture, he decided to ask me if I needed help. But he only asked because he knew I was about to complain about their customer service. Today I was looking to add to my collection but I'll just shop at another place. Maybe a different Macy's or Nordstrom.

The area was a mess and he was right, they don't carry any satchels or messenger/laptop bags here. The selection is top tier and everything still feels like a bargain even though the prices have gone up a bit. The staff here are always friendly and helpful which makes the whole shopping experience even better. If you are in the area or just love a good Daiso run, this is the one to visit.
