After seeking legal counsel, my claim was finally approved in 2026. Unfortunately, legal fees consumed a significant portion of the funds, leaving me unable to move forward with Zenith due to cost. I reached out to request a simple letter confirming that they would no longer be the contractor so I could proceed with another company within my budget. At that point, I encountered serious issues with a representative named Ehis. He delayed responding to me after promising a callback and then spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. During multiple conversations, he raised his voice, made dismissive statements such as "I run this business and everything goes through me," and incorrectly claimed that the insurance funds belonged to Zenith simply because they provided a free estimate. We scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, May 25 to formally terminate the relationship. However, on May 23, after I left an honest review about my experience, he called me at 9:30 a.m. and again spoke disrespectfully, stating I had no right to leave a negative review. He told me to meet him at the office after 12:00 p.m., but when I arrived at approximately 1:30 p.m., the office was closed with no one present. When I called again, he stated he had already left for another client and instructed me to email my personal documents instead--then hung up the phone. I had three witnesses with me who overheard these interactions. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected basic courtesy and clear communication, especially given the circumstances surrounding my claim. Instead, I was met with hostility, lack of accountability, and poor follow-through. Our daugther is know school age and loves the after school program (which they pick her up from school as part of the tuition). During the summer she is enrolled full time and we have been SUPER impressed with the summer schedule of events for the school age kids.
