It is family owned and she emphasized how delicious the Prime Rib is. She explained to us that her dad's the cook and that they moved to this location approximately 1 year ago. We ordered 2 cheese burgers. One with French fries and the other with sweet potato fries. I also ordered a side salad with Blue Cheese dressing. Our salad came with red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots, very pretty. Then our burgers came. They were hot and big! The patties were hand formed and perfectly cooked with no pink! The meat was very good and a good 1/3 of a pound! Served with lettuce, purple onion, tomato on a brioche bun. There were two strips of bacon on top of the brisket and three onion rings on top of that. I took off the top bun, added some BBQ sauce and then proceeded to enjoy each thing piecemeal.
