BEWARE OF IDENTITY THEFT- OPEN CASE WITH SNO PD UPDATE: Beware of scam. When confronted about the below info and fraudulent charges, the owner claimed that there was no one under my name who received a service on that day. Despite showing text confirmation and proof of being charged $181 in services. Shady practices here, consider going elsewhere. Please be mindful of your payment. Every time I have received a service here the workers ask for payment via a different means (Apple Pay, card reader, Venmo, cash). I was recently asked to pay via Apple Pay (which I never use) and only after receiving a fraud notice via my bank did I notice that the amount entered by worker was significantly higher and in a different currency than USD. When asked about this they were unable to provide a valid reason. They then asked me to pay via card reader. My Apple Pay account was subsequently compromised, charged over 20 times with a total cost over $800 in the days after my appointment. This is how they treat a customer of 1 year. BE CAREFUL Also, the nails lasted less than a week and looked terrible. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a manicure 2. Received a manicure 1 at best. I was looking to get my cuticles cleaned up, which normally includes soaking and applying cuticle remover, pushing cuticles back and trimming them. Didn't happen. It started off really great here, the manager was kind, and she listened, the longer I came the worst the quality got and the more the employees left. I noticed every time that when the manager would walk in after the other girls were working, the energy would shift, and she would start to bark orders at everyone. The employee started to ask for me to personally send the tips through Venmo when the manager was not present. The last time I made an appointment for 1:30 and I got a text at 10 AM saying to come in now because they have an opening... I was at work, I didn't respond. Then I received a text an hour later saying can I come in at 3pm instead of 1:30 because they're too busy. I said no because I'm at work and I have plans later. I could just find somewhere else to go and she told me to come in at 1:30. When I came in, the manager was rough and filed my natural nails below the gel X and now they're all breaking. Again, came here for a year never had that problem. I also asked of the names of three employees the just "arnt there "and was ignored. Not only are all my nails breaking, but the quality of my pedicure was the worst quality I have ever received in my life, my nails started to Chip same day and this was gel polish . The service is phenomenal, the manager is super nice and friendly. Helped with choosing my nail colors, and another staff member also helped find a base color that I liked. Oh, and the salon was very clean. I wanted to try something new so I got gel-x nails. Came in with regular polish and my natural nails, I asked for French tips with multiple stars on 2 of my fingers with a total of 3 colors for the 4th of July. I was expecting to pay maybe $80 max, but was shocked at the *around* a $130 charge. To some degree I understand, but for it to be that much?! I've gotten much more complicated designs with other nail techs/salons and it has never cost that much before. I was never given a heads up on an extra charge on "cutting down" my cuticles (they used the electric file instead of soaking my cuticles and cutting them). When seeing other people, and my nails being brought up with another nail salon they all say I was overcharged. If you plan on going here, do it!! But be mindful of services they offer, because there might be a charge to it! read more

On 04/03/23 I went to Pro Nails to get a set of acrylic nails on with shellac nail polish . Even though the lady was nice it was a disaster from the first moment. A lady came up to me and ask me what I want ,I told her a set of nail with shellac polish she said ok . She never told me that they had switched to cheap Walmart pressed on nails unless you ask for acrylic nails ( the old switch and bait game ) So this lady started fitting my fingers with the pressed on nail I'm thinking that the acrylic was going to be set over these press on nails . That didn't happen I didn't realize what was happening until it was over . I wasn't happy at all , at this point I just wanted to go , after I got home within a short time the nails started popping off and the paint started coming off. I went back she fix them and today they fell off again, never again all this for $60 + tip . Save yourself the trouble low run pass this shop and go buy you own press on nails from Walmart it will be cheaper for you !!! read more

Have been here a couple of times (giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first experience) for a pedicure and manicure so this is not a one-time thing. For something that cost $100 (with tip) , I was disappointed with the service...especially the manicure. They seem to be rushed all the time and shuttling between clients. The spa manicure was the most disappointing. She spent less than 3 mins in total for the most deluxe package. I didn't want to get my nails painted so was looking forward to a relaxed massage and moisturizing treatment. The person wasn't even sure about what she needed to do. She stood in one place and I had to stretch across so she could do both hands. Definitely not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Don't think I'll be going back here again. read more

Oh man. I hope my toenail does not get infected. I only go to a nail salon to get my toenails clipped and ingrowns taken care of. I asked the lady to stop pulling my ingrown out when it started bleeding but she kept going. I have high pain tolerance but I am pretty sure that I would have broken the arm rest while grabbing it because I was in so much pain. I went here with my sister and my daughter to get our nails done we did two acrylic nails and 2 pedi and one regular kids mani payed 180 even tho me and my sister we both didn't like our acrylic nails since they did a terrible job. Very good service. Got us in same day. My mom died early needed her feet to be tended to with thick toenail clipping. A job for the professionals and a job well done. They did such a great job my mom still talking about it and we will be back in about 3 weeks to make sure we keep on top of the toenail situation. We don't need them growing inches. read more

Came in on a Sunday as a walk in at 5:30pm for a pedicure there was no wait I picked out a color and they helped me right away which I appreciated. I always anticipate paying a bit of a premium for gel polish and I appreciate that their prices are clearly written on the wall/menu by polish station I got a regular pedicure $25 with gel an additional $10 I felt as though she cleaned my cuticles pretty well I wish she would've taken a bit more time with them but overall they look clean and trimmed, the heel scrub was non existent just a little one two swipe with the purple pumice and done back into the water, I got white polish which shows a bit more mistakes compared to other colors but overall it was a well executed paint job. She used a scrub first on my legs then lotion the lotion massage was about 3-4 minutes long and I felt like she really took her time with it. I live in Seattle but am in lynnwood quite frequently I will definitely try this salon out again. 4 stars because there was a few things I think could've been done better but the staff was nice and accommodating & my pedicure looks nice and fresh read more

I couldn't thank enough for their patience, cause both of my toe nails and finger nails are pretty small, literally kid size so it would be really tough for them to paint. One more thing I love about this place is the staff. They'll be honest with you which color or which service would fit you the most. Overall: Nice service, reasonable price and sweet staffs. First Lady though she wasn't really gentle in taking out my old dip nail, I've never experienced where you peel off the top nail using a fake nail, she proceeded on giving me uneven nails and bumpy. I'm not honestly sure why there's so many good reviews of this place on Google. Was looking to make an appointment for a pedicure. Showed up at 5:20 for my 5:30 appointment. I was sat after a few minutes and they had me put my feet in water which turned cold. Took them 20 min to actually begin my service. She was rough when clipping my cuticles, didn't seem that intent on getting them clean. But the absolute worst-- the lady grated off the skin of my toe! In one GIANT swipe-- and the first one she took at that! No apologies made even though I bled for the next hour, I was charged for the service. The full thing took over and hour an half as she worked on a few people in between. I did not tip or make a scene. But I honestly will NEVER come here again. They seem to overbook their appointments so they are constantly switching between clients and truly cannot give your services the attention they deserve. I'm giving them two stars because the gal that did MY nails actually did okay. They came out really pretty despite having wax spilled on my chair and on my pants. My best friend however had a totally different experience. She went to get a fill and when a regualr came in the other day the women rushed her fill. When the customer insisted it's okay and they can come back later she proceeded to tell then that it's okay. It will only be five minutes. So upon the rush, the nails were uneven . Her arycils weren't filled properly and there was polish underneath her nails. They DID offer to fix it after I grabbed her nails and said "is that polish underneath your acrylic?". She told them it's it's okay that she would do it at home but I have never been so disappointed. I used to love going here. Not sure what happened. read more

So I recently went here to get a fill and nail repair. I came in as a walk-in but they were very busy and they asked me to come back in the next hour and so I did and when I came back they were still busy but they claim that they still had time to do my nails. As I sat down I didn't really feel comfortable because the lady that was supposed to be working on my nails which I believe is the owner was tending to three other women and by the time she got to my nails she rushed me and had a bit it of an attitude and my nail shape wasn't even and then the paint job was horrible. After reading the reviews on here, I'll admit I was iffy for this place but my mother got me a gift certificate here for my birthday last year and finally decided to give this place a try with my sister. Didn't set an appointment but we were greeted when we walked in. To start off, I had never done shellac manicures in my life. The first two color choices I chose was a sparkly peach & a pearly white/yellow color but turns out one of the color was not to my liking so the girl kindly removed it. There was not very many color options for shellac and I was looking for a specific gold color for my ring finger. The girl tried her best to create the color by adding a gold sparkle on top and although it didn't turn out to be gold, it was a beautiful rose gold color instead! I LOVE the results of how my nails turn out and there's a dust(?) under some of the polish but let's be honest here, its just a freaking dust and manicures aren't permanent so I don't think there is a need to throw a fit and act like it's the end of the world. My sister got acrylic & her nails turns out decent as well so overall, the employees here are very nice! I would come back here again if I need my nails looking fabulous! read more
