I bought a pair of very expensive tires from this place, and I was told that for the lifetime of…read morethe tires I would receive free rotation which I'm a stickler about. First time I took my tires in for a rotation. I asked them to crisscross them like the owner manual states for more even wear they said they did not do that. They just took the front tires and placed them on the same side to the back. So I waited a month or two and took it back for a second time and told them I wanted the tires rotated in a crisscross pattern. Now at this point I don't trust them because of how they did it the first time so I numbered my tires. When the job was finished, I looked at the number pattern and all they did was take the two front tires and swapped them from right to left in the front and the back tires from right to left in the back. This is a simple task and for them to do this twice to me I'm done. They lost a loyal customer today.

If their drivers are any indication on the customer service, I would recommend passing on to…read moreanother service center. The break lights on the tow in front of me were not working. As I was driving in the right hand lane, the driver decided he would drag race me and then proceeded to nearly smash the front end of my car with the vehicle he was towing, he did at least use a turn signal for the lane change. As if matters weren't bad enough at this point, he proceeded to show me his proficient use of the middle finger when I passed him. When you work in the customer service industry and are flashing your boss's name on your vehicle, best not to behave like this. I only gave one star because I had to.

I'll preface this review with one major takeaway: Jerry can kick rocks!…read more I've been taking my seasonal and custom spec tires here for a few years now, and have never had an issue until today. Today I brought in a set of 205/50-17" tires to be mounted on my 17x7.5" rims. The wheels and tires were both loose and not being installed on my vehicle. Jerry still asked what vehicle they were going on, so I told him, paid my invoice, and waited patiently outside. A half hour later, Jerry came sauntering outside. He opened my vehicle in the parking lot without my consent, despite having no reason to do so since they weren't touching my car. He argued with me and couldn't decide if the tires were anywhere from 0.5"-1.5" shorter than the factory ones, and they wouldn't mount them. According to the manufacturer, the new tires I brought were designed to mount on a 7.5" wheel. Then he started trying to tell me that smaller tires would ruin my transmission-LIE!!! The tires and wheels are going on a FWD car with a manual transmission. When I asked if they were going to mount the tires or not, he instead opted to call his supervisor to ask if they could do it-and then lied to his supervisor on the phone right in front of me! He misrepresented the manufacturer minimum size as 225 width to make it seem like the tires were egregiously undersized. Instead of continuing to argue with Jerry the jerk, I asked for a refund and left. I wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for his rudeness. Pretty unfortunate, considering the techs actually doing the work in the garages were awesome-enough so that I'd have been writing a stellar review had this gone differently. I've ran custom sized wheels and tires on dozens of vehicles over the last twenty years. Street cars, daily drivers, autocross and track cars and even a drift missile. I thought I had found a shop that would work with custom setups, but I guess I was wrong. Where can I take my custom sizes to, and where can I refer all of my car enthusiast friends and fellow racers? This situation could have been handled so much better!
