I brought my SUV in for repairs, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. First of all, they kept my vehicle for an entire month, which is way too long for the type of repairs that were supposed to be done. During that time, communication was very poor. I had to constantly reach out just to get updates, and I was often left in the dark about what was going on with my car. They also made me feel pressured into approving repairs that I wasn't fully sure about. While my warranty covered some (or most) of the cost, it still felt like I was being pushed to spend more money than necessary. It didn't feel like they were working in my best interest--more like they were trying to get as much money out of the situation as possible. When I finally got my SUV back after a month, I immediately noticed that a personal item I always keep in the car was missing. I know for a fact it was there when I dropped it off. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like you can't even trust the place you're paying a lot of money to. I spent a lot--a lot--on this repair, and to be treated like this just doesn't feel fair. I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I went to the bank and got a loan for this. I believed Bill when he said that my car would run and that replacing the spark plugs and coils was the issue. My car broke down again after four days. Did Kelly Imports take responsibility for not fixing the problem? no of course not. Now it was the water pump. Which they warned me about last time but "I refused to fix". this is their response when I questioned them about the car breaking down the same way and if I am getting a discount for them not fixing it the first time. The car broke down the same way it did last time and you are telling me it's something new?! I decided to refuse service here and tow my car to a new mechanic. I would rather pay the tow cost than let them charge me for another unnecessary fix. When I called to make sure I didn't owe them anything so I could tow it to a new mechanic Bill was like "I was going to offer you $150 off".$150 off $1400?! when you didn't fix the issue I presented you with?! I was told this was the only place that worked on hybrids in the Jackson area. I am so glad that isn't true.

My car broke down after visiting my sister back home in Jackson for her birthday. Luckily, we were…read morenot far from town and were able to get help. I had my car towed to Crank-n-Go after a quick Google search as I no longer live in the area and had no idea where to go. I've gone to other Jackson area places when I lived there and nothing but hassle. I digress. Google has this rated at 4.9 and the choice was made. Bill and his crew are absolute gems to work with. He called me first thing Monday morning and asked me what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was nothing good and much more expensive than I had hoped, but that's how it is with cars sometimes. When I picked up my vehicle, they made sure to show me the damaged parts and even lifted the car so I could see underneath. I honestly had never seen the underside of my car ever. They even sealed up a crack in my exhaust that GM quoted me over $2k to fix. The car runs as it should and I have been driving it all over the state ever since. Bill also texted to check up on the car's performance a few days later, which I've never had. Hopefully I don't break down in Jackson again, but if I ever do, it's going there again. He cut into the gas tank by just trying to cut the emergency cable and he was only gonna do that the tie rods in that and he cut a hole in the gas tank and he went and got a gas tank from a junkyard is what he said and now the car messed up her lines messed up the gas lines messed up the exhaust and now it's sounding like shit, not drivable won't start and it used to start before he even touched it Only thing was wrong was the clicking which was from the tie rods. And she has messaged him aboutthe issueand he has blocked her I highly recommend not to do business with him he is extremely unprofessional
