My first Cryotherapy was to test the effectiveness on my Peripheral Neuropathy. Because you wear long socks and gloves it may have negated the benefits of that. Will try local in a couple of weeks for my PN in my feet. Now my arthritis in my hips, and weakness in my left leg, this was a complete surprise. I could easily climb stairs and getting on my bicycle pain free. Both hips are shot, but honestly they felt better. Waiting to see how long it lasts, going on about 11 hours. It may only last a day or so, but that is an accomplishment compared to using steroids that do more harm overall.
