When I first decided to try acupuncture because I was looking for alternatives to western medicine…read more(was so so skeptical.) Ke Jin asked me what I needed to treat. I gave her my laundry list of issues. She said you will feel like you are 20 again. I chuckled. I told her about being apprehensive and she reassured me that it wouldn't hurt. It would just feel like a prick. The room I was in was private, it was really clean, soft music was playing and very relaxing. She was right the acupuncture pins were not painful, and the room was so pleasant that I fell asleep. After removing the pins, she gave me a massage to get rid of the pins feelings. When I got up to leave, I could feel an energy in me that felt like a printed memory. I remembered what it felt like to be 20. The energy that I had was amazing. I felt wonderful. So, I continued to go weekly to treat my laundry list. Then I brought my 8 year old for an acupuncture massage to treat his ADHD. He loved it! He became relaxed, his temperament got better and I could work with easier. Then life happened and now that I am back on track we plan to return. If you never acupuncture or you are looking for wonderful acupuncture Dr. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ke Jin in Clifton. I hope this was helpful.

~Best Day Spa in NJ~…read more No other spa in the Tri-State offers the services, amenities, hospitality, and atmosphere that BRC Day Spa does. Highly recommend if you enjoy or want to try a true Russian banya experience. This spa is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, the vibes are friendly, very relaxed. I am in love with this place, and plan to come on a regular basis! It's really that awesome! The service and hospitality are wonderful. Upon arrival, you will check in at the front desk. If you have forgotten your swimsuit, robe, slippers for the pool. BRC spa has men's swim shorts to rent and female suits for purchase to whomever may need one. Which is an excellent service. Love that they have slippers for the entire spa experience. Really appreciate, towels and slippers are provided with the admission cost. Robes can be rented from the front desk for customer convenience, if you don't want to bring your own. I prefer to rent theirs, the robes are very nice. Admission grants access to the facility's aroma, wet, and dry saunas, steam room, ice cold plunge, lap pool, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and the mud/scrub room. WiFi is free and available throughout the entire spa. The spa features a lovely cafe that prepares healthy meals, fruit bowls, that has a bar wherein alcoholic beverages can be ordered. The spa has other amazing add on's that are extra which include cryotherapy, salt room, float pod, massage therapy, and a VIP room. Highly recommend cryotherapy if you have any inflammation in your body. Cryotherapy is a game changer. Excited to try the float pod, cryotherapy, infrared sauna,on my next visit. As well as the salt room eventually. My overall favorite feature of the spa was the ice cold plunge. It was truly an amazing experience, that gave me immediate benefits. Never thought I could ever do an ice cold plunge especially when the weather outside is already very frigid. Thanks to other members sharing their experience. I built up the courage to the plunge. It was an awesome, euphoric, pain relieving experience. I will be taking the ice cold plunge or ice baths on a daily or weekly basis for the amazing health benefits. My other favorites were the regulars that visit the spa frequently. They were absolutely the best, and I enjoyed each and every patron I encountered. This place is pure positive bliss. When I left this spa all of my body aches, muscle tension, chronic pain, and stress were gone. If you fly into Teterboro, visit Meadowlands, the NJ/NYC area, this is THE BEST SPA IN THE TRI STATE! Thank me later...

I bought a 60-minute body massage from Groupon. At the actual location, their pricing of the…read moremassage is $60, but Groupon advertises is as $100 before the discount price of $46. Regardless, it was a pretty awesome deal. I called to make an appointment and was able to come the same day I bought the voucher. There is a private lot behind this location, which is perfect since it's on a main street with no street parking. When I entered the building, the lady at the front desk mentioned that I needed to pay a $3 "tax". She kept rushing me as I was reading the paper with the information, which bothered me a bit. I've never had to do at other places I've gotten massages from, so after following up on that, I read in on Groupon's site (see picture attached) that taxes and fees are paid separately. At 7pm, there was only 1 other customer in the building. I was escorted to a private room and the masseuse started as soon as I was ready. This was one of the better massages I've experienced in a while. I work in healthcare, which requires a lot of physical work and my shoulders needed some TLC. She got into those knots really well and I definitely felt a difference afterward. I wish I got her name before I left so I could request her if I come back.

So I bought a massage for a friend in Groupon. Upon arrival we were informed we needed to pay 3$…read more"tax", which is not a real thing, but I went along with it. The actual space is very clean and tidy. We were the only ones in the place at 6pm. The lady at the front desk offered me one of the poofy recliners to wait in, which was super comfortable. She even drew a curtain around for privacy and the dimmed lighting and soft scents put me in a relaxed mood just waiting! Be prepared to tip 10$ for an hour (which is reasonable from what I understand).
