When I called the next morning, Scott had already brought my bike into the shop and assessed the situation. Scott replaced the tire I needed, provided a test drive to make sure that everything was functioning appropriately, and was kind enough to provide the best spot for A/C in the shop while I waited.

This complaint is for any possible new interested customers at this company…read more I will make this short and sweet. One day the owner was driving one of the dealership vehicles (a red Nissan SUV, with last 3 digits of license plate "...385." He was pulling into the Golden Corral parking lot on hershberger rd in Roanoke VA, as I was leaving the area. When he thought that I was trying to get a parking spot in front of the restaurant, the owner of Henry's Auto Sales went bazerk!!!! He began blowing the horn aggressively, turning beet red in the face, sticking up his middle finger and his fist, while cursing with his passenger in the vehicle. Little did this so-called man know, I wasn't even trying to get a parking spot. I was leaving the shopping area. He was not only offensive, but disrespectful and threatening as well. I felt that he was going to get out of his vehicle, and become physical with me and my passenger. His passenger was just as violent. He did this all for a spot that I didn't want. He even tried to wreck into our vehicle if we had not moved. UNACCEPTABLE! How did I know he was the owner of Henry's Auto Sales? Because I called and asked the receptionist if the owner had returned from Golden Corral yet, and she said that he was still there with his friend, but that he would be back in an hour :) Great information :) You thought that ypu would never hear about this incident again Henry huh? Since it was a while back. Well hello! Happy New Year to you! :)

They said they could apply some heat and work on it to get it off. It was really stuck on and chipping off. They drove me to my shop and fixed my car for me in a few hours. Then they brought it to me. And they fixed my license plate that they noticed was coming off on one side. The Honda dealership said they could not fix it without some major work. lol. Well, Buddy fixed it right up for me without me having to ask. They have also done body work on a couple of my vehicles and did an excellent job in a reasonable time! I felt like things were going awesome. I was contacted fairly quickly about my finance application and was impressed with what I was offered. I decided that I would make the 8 Hour drive and purchase my motorcycle from Frontline Eurosport when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by name without Pat, even knowing who I was felt like I was in the right place I was able to test drive when other dealers simply wouldn't allow. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed! Overall, I had a great experience. I honestly wish the dealership was closer as I really would like to purchase another bike before too long! If ever in the area, please don't hesitate to stop. It was a great experience.
