However, they informed me that they do NOT help you install bulbs anymore because of "liability". So I went on YouTube and looked up how to change the bulbs out myself. I was out there in the parking lot doing this by myself and it started raining, I got grease on my hands while moving stuff around, so I go back into the store to ask if I can wash my hands at their sink. Three employees standing around chatting with each, one looks over at me and says "no we don't have a bathroom, you can walk over to Popeyes (in the rain!) and use their bathroom". So I was like "you don't have a sink at all?" Dude replied "they have a sink at Popeyes". So then I asked, "do you have a paper towel I can just wipe off some of this grease with? A napkin or something? Cuz I don't want to touch my steering wheel". I kid you not, that dude said "they have paper towels at Popeyes". Is Advance Auto a subsidiary of Popeyes or something? Do NOT look for customer service here. They do not care about you. This happened about a year ago, and I'm still mad. I will never go back to that store for anything.
