That sells a decent number of snacks, drinks, smokes, and a few extra whatever you may need. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food was going to help hold me over until I could stop by a restaurant for some real food. I stepped into the food mart, and found it to have a very mom and pops feel. I looked around as to what my options were, and decided to buy the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The price was rather low, and this was a gas station mart, so I already had reservations about the quality. The gas was dirt cheap, compared to where I come from. This was the only plus to the place. The mart is small and not too clean. Their restrooms are poorly maintained. The options here plain suck, I've seen better options in the desert cities of California. I fueled up fast, and ate part of the sandwich while parked there. The sandwich was horrible, and I'm pretty sure that wasn't beef (maybe cat meat or grilled rat?). The cheese was also highly processed. This is the countryside of Virginia, and it is way in the middle of nowhere, so I have some understanding that things would be like this. However, they should keep their store clean and offer better options.

Also, it didn't hurt to make a pitstop inside. Gas prices were on average with other nearby stations in the area. Paying at pump was where to be. Inside I made quick usage of the facilities and wanted to grab myself some drinks for the remainder of the trip. I would have used the self checkouts but I needed items from behind the counter. The line went smoothly and the employees were pleasant to deal with. Overall a decent stop at a busy location.

I loved and appreciated the ease of selecting my coffee to be ground and brewed all from a few steps. The touchscreen screens were awesome! The coffee had a nice flavor! Really enjoyed my cup of Joe! I didn't get to look around much inside but I did notice their made to order slogan for their food. This is great for a convenience store. Hate I didn't have time to order any food during the time of my visit. The staff was nice. I am pretty sure that I will gas up here , get more coffee before hitting the road. I'm so glad we have a Buc-ee's in VA! i'm going to have to start another savings account just so i can buy more stuff. i bought way too much from here. the food, snacks, candy, bakery, desserts, drinks, etc. are all on point. prices are incredibly reasonable. employees are amazing, they do such a great job working as a team and keeping this huge place clean, organized, and moving smoothly. the restrooms are great too, spacious and clean with plenty of toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. This place is dangerous.

Knew that we were going to stop at Buc-ee's, bc of course. They have a basket of bananas, and I picked a pristine one if not *slightly* green at the neck. Check out. $0.55. We walked 45 feet out the adjacent exit and ate the banana right outside the slider door so I didn't have to have an empty banana peel stuffed somewhere in the car for the next several hours. It was black to the core on the inside halfway down the banana, like the kind of black you don't keep eating, not just a surface bruise. Since it was clearly bad and it was ONE MINUTE after I bought the banana, I figured they'd be like - no problem, we'll make it right, it's a $0.55 banana. So we walked right back to the same cashier who had sold us that single banana one minute prior and showed him the black banana and asked if I could just get a replacement banana and he said it was too late. One minute, black banana, same guy. $0.55! So yeah, that's absolutely nuts. Do better, Buc-ees. That's really messed up. I was really looking forward to a banana.
