Always a great place to go. Family owned for several generations. They not only do tires and brakes but also small repairs. If they don't do something they will recommend a place to go. My wife called this morning almost in tears, her day had not started well. As my wife began to pull away from our home she realized something didn't feel right, she felt that twinge in her stomach, the one you get when you know what's bad before you know what's bad. In this case a flat tire, not one of those low air pouty lipped tires, this one had a crack in the sidewall the ants in our yard called black canyon and was slated to become a landmark and natural preserve. I was at work with my trusty pocket knife whittling a snow cone when the call had come in. "Baby I need you!" It will forever be a mystery to what set her off but whatever that thing was brought upon a monsoon of babbling tears. I told my boss I had to go see a man about a dog and made dust trails. Now these tires were know around these parts as having a lot of quit in them, veterans of the road with volumes of stories to tell about pot holes and road kill the likes seldom few have heard. It was was time to put them out to pasture and there in lye my dilemma, on a rainy Tuesday morning standing there alone with nothing but my thoughts and a smart phone where could I possibly find such things. As you can imagine I came up with some options, and followed those leads feeling hollow, empty, sad even each time I pressed the red bar. What happened next is almost a blur, a whirlwind of wonder, nay an extravaganza of excellence occurred that I had truly believed no longer existed in this realm, a nice man offered me a very fair price on a quality U.S. Made product and assured me though he had a prior engagement he would make certain that my wife's chariot would indeed ride again. The service was fast and friendly, my expectations were completely met, and I drove that car right back to the very spot this whole story had began. I am today as I have been before and surely will be again my wife's savior, but today I did not rage this war alone today I had an ally......Webb's Tire. When you go to a store and explain you have a flat that needs to be repaired, and in a timely manner because you have a doctors appointment 45 minutes away and they say " sure no problem 20 minutes." and you wait 30 and they say it will be another 30 and so you wait an hour and 10 minutes and you ask is it done? and they say , " can you leave it and come back and get it tomorrow?" THAT'S NOT SERVICE. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours round trip on a doughnut tire! so I had to reschedule my dr appointment and wait 2 weeks because this tire place said "sure" and then decided "nope"! I could have gone 3 miles down the road and had wallmart do it for me. Avoid this place unless you don't mind being given the run around. read more
