He managed to work in an appointment for me the next day to drop off my car around 3. I also asked him to check my spare tire, as I was headed out of Virginia in a few days. By 5 the next day, it was ready for me. He had diagnosed the problem and installed a new part very quickly. He also checked my spare and added air. When I picked it up, he gave me basic info I'd need in case this issue reoccurred. Part A and Part B could cause the issue. He tested both and replaced Part A. If it happens again, it will be Part B's issue. I'll be able to tell a future mechanic exactly where to look if it ever happens again. It'll save me from paying extra man-hours by doing so. The price for the part and repair was very, very reasonable. I would absolutely use Lou's Auto again.

Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry.
