Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry. Clean waiting room and fresh popcorn to munch while killing some time plus great prices, great service and super friendly folks - what more could you possibly ask for? Definitely will be back.

First of all I was in my car for 30 minutes not 10 minutes. And I had to change my air filter and my cabin filter which was grossly overpriced because I found these exact filters. Use the part numbers and found them at Walmart for way cheaper. Also they use Duramax synthetic oil 4 quarts and it came to $94. I found this oil on Walmart and for 4 quarts. It would have only cost me $48. Then there was a shop service charge of $7.99. I don't know what that was. I guess that's their labor then they told me that I had to have my coolant change which was $139. And I think the guy who serviced me felt so bad that my bill came over $319 that he told me my next visit would be 50% off, which is nice but I don't think I will be going back there. I will be buying my own filters and oil going forward!

Fast forward to current day, time for an oil change - the previous mechanic who worked on my truck and did the oil change (take 5) put the drain plug back in way too tight, so when when removing it for the fresh oil change the bolt snapped. Leaving me in the hole $1400 dollars to have the shop install a new one since they couldn't get the stem of the broke bolt out. Don't go to take 5 unless you wanna be scammed for services you don't need and end up paying for it in the long run ‍

There is to be one crew chief and they run the bay. They scanned my door twice, asked me to pop the hood three times when it was popped the first time. What this location does is offer you all kinds of incentives to upsell you on more than just the usual ole oil change. Typically the cost is good enough to get you to take the offer and skip the coupon you have in your pocket that you are just about to whip out. As long as you don't fall for the old "dirty cabin filter" display, you will get out of there for a reasonable price. Those filters look like crap 10 minutes after you put them in, so don't fall for it- go buy one at the auto store and it takes all of 2 seconds to put it in. Waiting area is adequate and they get you on your way quickly. Give it a shot.
