I had thought my battery may be showing signs of age, and had Jeep check it last week, they said it was fine. So I ended up going to Harris Tire Company on on Forest Road. They were very freindly and assured me that they would help me, if they could. This Jeep has the stop/start feature, and required a special piece of equipment. They did have that and were able to change it out with no ill affect to the CPU in the Jeep. This took less than 30 minutes and we were off. Was so nice to have the battery fully operational, and know that I would not get stranded in the mountains. Thank you to Kyle and the whole crew. I went to the manager Brian Adamczak asked for a refund and he told me to bring my car back on Thursday for him to lift it and see if the back tires was aligned. Again I need the front end alignment done but told it would need a 4 tire alignment in which the mechanic admitted that he (Jacob) only did the back couldn't do the front to Brian and Brian still wouldn't even give a refund without me returning the car to him for him to lift it to check back tires (again needed the front tires aligned) not the bac. the car shakes and bangs and drives worse then when taking into that shop. Was told by Brian that they would redo it but yet still only says the back tires and not the fron. why would I trust this shop to do anything to my car after they failed the first time to do a front end alignment. Most shops only do a 4 tire alignment so if this shop couldn't do that I should've been told that and not charged for a half job that was supposedly performed.

I go to a nearby garage, get it looked at, and find out that Good Year never put the TPMS in the tire but they did charge me for one! Maybe on larger repairs they give a square deal but beware, on the smaller ticket items, they are looking to upcharge in whatever way they can. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

If you need tires, Wayne and his team at Able Tires, Concord is a great place to start. Both my daughter and I purchased a full set of new tires within the last year. After my daughter moved to Wilmington, she started having tire issues, one tire kept losing air. She took her car to a random shop, and they told her both back tires were bare. Worried, with no extra money to spend right now, we communicated with Able Tire for the warranty on the tires. They directed her to take her car to an in-network shop in her area, give them their name and number, and they would take care of it. Within a few days, she had four brand new tires, no out of pocket cost to her. What a relief to know she is safe, but what exceptional customer service and efficiency on assisting with this problem.
