I figured this would be the last Sheetz location I was see for a few weeks and I would make the best of it. Initial stop here was to fuel up my vehicle for the final leg of my journey home. Also, it didn't hurt to make a pitstop inside. Gas prices were on average with other nearby stations in the area. Paying at pump was where to be. Inside I made quick usage of the facilities and wanted to grab myself some drinks for the remainder of the trip. I would have used the self checkouts but I needed items from behind the counter. The line went smoothly and the employees were pleasant to deal with. Overall a decent stop at a busy location. read more

I was visiting Rockbridge County for the weekend, it was a sunny Saturday in mid-December,I had a half tankful remaining in my Tundra, and the weather personage called for rain all day in Sunday, so I decided to pull in and fill up with gas ( full my Tundra,that is. I'm always full of gas) Although busy, I didnt need to wait to pull in. I prefer Virginia lower gasoline prices compared to my home state of Pennsylvania who need to tax more for fuel due to constantly repair roads and upping politicians pension funds and salaries. Note that I didn't go indoors because, well, no need to. I enjoyed listening to Satisfaction by the Rolling Stones whilst pumping my 15 gallons. My only gripe is that a sign indicatesd that there were gloves available, however I could see them. Vehicle need gas? Want to listen to my kind of music? Sheetz is your place! read more

I love their drink selection and I always like that they have various cords for charging devices. And the line is easy to figure out. And I like the outdoor seating and the gas pumps and ample parking spaces. It's a great gas station. One of my favorites. As far as gas station goes, it always feels like a "treat" to go here to get gas and food and a drink. read more

Would I reco? Maybe! Because it depends on the person and the mood. If you want cheap, fast but good enough for the price food, you're on the road and don't care, this is a great choice. My kids like it, because they like places with frozen drinks! LOL. They offer several food choices like meatball sub, tacos, mac and cheese, which you wouldn't often find in a gas station! All prepared at their cafe, not from the vending machine. Don't expect cleanliness and quality service, you're at a gas station, c'mon! I gotta say, I'm a fan of Sheetz but this location was a huge letdown. We drove out of our way to find this spot to try to get something to eat while road-tripping to see my dad for the holidays and, although it was busy, I put in my salad order and waited about 20 minutes before finally asking and being told it wasn't going to be made until I paid for it in advance. I've never done that before and didn't see anything that notified me of that on the menu when I put the order in. Then, I got in line behind about 10-12 people and, while in line, the salad was finally made and my name called, I had to get out of line to get it (still hadn't paid) and back in line to pay for it. Confusing and not especially pleasant. A quick stop for some food took almost 40 minutes. If I wasn't starving I'd have left. read more

Lots of gas pumps. Clean place; nice restrooms. Love the self check out kiosks up front. Cappuccino machine was broken and it looked like they were out of several ingredients at the food bar. On this one occasion the first thing that happened was that someone yelled "welcome to SHEETZZ" and all I wanted was a slushie. And on the way out I dropped it. And I got a replacement for free. Great customer service and really nice. highly recomend read more

We waited over 20 minutes for 2 MTO drinks. Jordan was going so slow we finally had to ask for our money back. It took her over 5 minutes to take one drink for another customer while we were standing there. They somehow messed up an order of fries too. read more

Very clean. Stopped twice on my visit to Lexington for the day. Employees were very nice and the MTO food was very good.

The parking lot is fine and spacious. The gas prices were too high. The bathroom is absurdly dirty and the reason I'm leaving a review. It needed to be cleaned desperately, as it was absolutely filthy. The selection is typical of any other Sheetz, which is fine, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. read more
