I decided that I would make the 8 Hour drive and purchase my motorcycle from Frontline Eurosport when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by name without Pat, even knowing who I was felt like I was in the right place I was able to test drive when other dealers simply wouldn't allow. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed! Overall, I had a great experience. I honestly wish the dealership was closer as I really would like to purchase another bike before too long! If ever in the area, please don't hesitate to stop. They suck! I had to take vacation time to do this. Six weeks and they cannot change a tire. They said my bike would not start. Their mechanics either never tried or did not turn the gas on. I drove it in and drove her home. (Six weeks later, with nothing done!) All I got was a drained battery and six weeks of lost Summertime. I do not bitch as a habit, but GD. I have never dealt with a sorrier bunch of shit since I was in high school.

As far as Towing, I have had two cars towed by them and the drivers were always great. I also…read morethought they may be good for auto repairs and have had cars to them at least 4 times. Prices seemed high but I figured for the convince of location was worth it. This is until the last time I had a problem. Coming home from work the car lost power and called for a tow. When he arrived he put on the jumper cables and sparks flew out like I have never seen from just a jump. Battery would not hold charge and he said he thought it was the alternator-so had him take it to shop and install new alternator. Got car when when finished and went to work. That night, the exact same thing happened and same driver came and tried to jump and more extreme sparks out of battery and this time he said that "the battery is to small for the car" so back it went and had new battery installed. This time when I picked it up the windows, radio, rear break lights and dash board lights were not working. Back to their shop it went. I called the next morning to check to see if it had been looked at and was told "havnt had time" waited a day and still nothing so i just said forget it and picked it up. A co-worked said "it sounds like he fried the battery and/ or blew fuses when he jumped it". So took it down the road to another mechanic and he fixed it within 2 hours and said the TOTAL CAR CARE seemed to have blown the fuses when jumping,and said I probably didnt need the alternator nor the battery- they are crooked and overpriced

Due to the type of issue I was having with the vehicle, I was ready to stay in town for an extra day. Well, these folks had my spark plugs and ignition coil changed by 1:30!!! I was not expecting a call back until closing. The team did a wonderful job of ensuring all was in GREAT working condition so that I could finish my trip. Gave Lakeside Tire a call at 4.45 PM one day, the next the tires were in and installed on 2 wheels an hour after dropping them off and they squeezed them in between jobs. Saved me so much time and trouble driving all the way up to Roanoke from Westlake. Great service and a great price. Definitely recommend if you need tires replacing whether you get them there or not.

It was very clear there was no attempt to up sell anything and the differences between the various tires I had an option of were spelled out very clearly. They not only did the service requested but added one additional item at no charge because the owner just thought it would be the best thing for the life of the tires. They also offer free life of the tires rotation at the appropriate interval if you have purchased the tires from them. To me honesty is the most important aspect but when it comes with excellent less expensive service that is pretty hard or impossible to beat.
