Once again Rafael from 2 Brothers Garage Doors repaired our broken spring on our garage door. We pulled into our garage Sunday and while it was closing we heard the load snap of the spring breaking. We have used 2 Brothers before so I quickly called Rafael. It's Tuesday morning, the garage door springs have been repaired, all moving parts have been lubricated. And we're back in business. Thanks Rafael! Also, you'll be very happy with their pricing. read more

2 Brother's Garage Doors - Garage Door Services Near Me - Oceanside, California

2 Brother's Garage doors is your local quick stop for any garage doors related fixing or new door installation. I messaged through Yelp business enquiry portal and Rafael responded within 5 seconds. No, it's not an automated response with a standard text. I was surprised that this is an actual person. First of all, if you haven't tried this feature in Yelp then please do. (Or you can call 20 places and compare quotes manually or wait for them to call you back all day!) Rafael was quick to give me a quote (I had included clear pictures of the issue - broken Garage door spring). He adds a warranty and garage door tune up to it as well. He came 15 mins before the agreed time! Started working on the replacement right away. He definitely knows what he is doing and moved very quickly. He was done in 20 mins but then proceeded to tuning the garage door, lubricating the joints, even fixed the level of the door opening. He does help with a big smile and had patience to deal with my questions. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend 2 Brother's (Rafael especially) to anyone that's looking to get a makeover or a simple fix to their Garage doors. read more

Thanks Rafael for sending over your technician on a holiday weekend. Jose was very professional and courteous. The initial service call was for one broken torsion spring. He inspected the other spring and found that they were both installed at the same time and suggested I replace both springs since the 2nd spring would most likely break soon. He quoted me great price (cheaper than the other quotes for only one torsion spring) !!! After he installed both springs, Jose lubed all the wheel bearings and hinges with a silicon spray and tested and adjusted the tension as needed. Awesome service Jose!!! Give 2 Brother's a call for all your garage door service and maintenance needs. read more

Outstanding Service! My wife was a little too quick backing out of the garage and snagged the garage door with our surf racks - just enough to pull the bottom rollers out of the tracks, and knock off a recoil wire. Called at 4:50pm on a Friday - Rafael was here in 20 minute and and 30 minutes later he was done and the door looks great! Had him replace a faulty door switch as a bonus! Friendly, prompt and very affordable. If you knock your door off the rails, call him! 100% recommended. read more

I contacted the business on the rainiest day of the year. I had a wooden garage door that suddenly came apart as I was opening it. I found Rafael by googling the business; I was looking for someone close to Oceanside. Rafael showed up within an hour of my call and gave me great estimate. It was pouring rain that day and I asked Rafael if he could install same day and much to my surprise and pleasure he agreed. Rafael arrived on time in the afternoon to put in my garage door. He was incredibly professional and very fast considering the rain was coming down on him for most of the installation time. Rafael put in a beautiful new door for me and garage door opener. I am incredibly grateful to Rafael. I highly recommend this Company if you are looking for professional work, a great price, and a reasonable period of time in which to have the work completed. I've given Rafael my name and number so anyone looking to hire his services can reach out to me directly! read more

Raphael Luis got my message and told me he'd be here first thing this morning. I couldn't open or close my garage door. He came when he said he would. He did an excellent job. I asked him if I needed a new garage door. He could easily have sold me one, but he said no, I didn't need a new door. That saved me over a thousand dollars. He fixed my door, and came back later in the day, at exactly the time he said he would, and did an additional repair and reinforced my door. He gave me the best service I have ever had from a contractor. Great job, Luis. read more
