He pretty much held my hand every step of the way. I was paid within 72hrs. No hassle from the claims officers. They treated me like I was their only customer. Thomas Wisch All-State. Neither he nor anyone in his office ever contacted us. My wife also contacted him near the end of May. Evidently our automatic payment got canceled for some reason in April and we were therefore late by the time she contacted him and he couldn't be bothered to mention it to her. Then he was very rude to her when she called him about our coverage being dropped.
