I walked in to an empty lobby today with two people who work there chatting with each other. Pretty sure the guy with whom I spoke was a manager, he turned me away and then proceeded to stand around doing nothing. Seriously, there is no one in the bank and you can't open an account for me? Going to elevate this to someone who might possibly care at JPM/Chase. Abysmal customer service.
