Then, could not resolve my problem nor tried to help resolve my problem. Told me I didn't open my business account there I opened it in Indianapolis and that I would have to have them help me. Told him I was closing my account and said ok. Never tried to keep me as a customer and resolve the problem. Looked like he was high or drunk. Idiots!

Not only was the associate LATE, but when he walked in, he walked right past me-no apology for the tardiness. We proceeded into his office-no introduction, no offer of a handshake, none contact...no condolences-just straight to the computer to start clicking away. After some moments of awkward silence, we begin to go through paperwork. I was told to come back to sign documents. I arrived again, EARLY for my 3pm appointment and he again is not ready! He has a client in the office. I am sitting directly outside his door so he can surely see me as I can see him. He didn't pause to greet me OR to acknowledge my presence and the fact that I am here READY FOR OUR APPOINTMENT-but you again are late. I really don't understand the level of unprofessionalism...but I'll wait. Maybe I can listen to the girls behind the counter speak LOUDLY of how Cardi B was live...(also not appropriate conversation in a place of business IN FRONT of customers...but I digress

I tried to stick with them but their awful online banking was the straw that broke this camel's back. They are DAYS behind on posting and do not have a current balance. I have to add and subtract all transactions to get a current balance! The programs are gone and all the hold overs staff from Citizens seem afraid to be friendly. The bank no longer has withdrawal slips out. You have to ask a banker and complete the paperwork in front of her. This is rude and demeaning. Customer service closes at 6pm CST. Very UN-helpful to those of us who work and don't get home in time to call. I resisted changing banks but finally gave in. I have ONE account still open for ONE more paycheck and cannot wait to get rid of these jerks.
