I tried to stick with them but their awful online banking was the straw that broke this camel's back. They are DAYS behind on posting and do not have a current balance. I have to add and subtract all transactions to get a current balance! The programs are gone and all the hold overs staff from Citizens seem afraid to be friendly. The bank no longer has withdrawal slips out. You have to ask a banker and complete the paperwork in front of her. This is rude and demeaning. Customer service closes at 6pm CST. Very UN-helpful to those of us who work and don't get home in time to call. I resisted changing banks but finally gave in. I have ONE account still open for ONE more paycheck and cannot wait to get rid of these jerks.
