My contact person who would help us has failed to return call for more then two months and upon calling the president of the bank was like talking to a child he said nothing to try and maintain us as custmers nor acknowledge the fact of our treatment. This bank is clearly not worthy of consideration of further patronage. They are without question have got serious customer service issues that even when brought ther attention it means nothing. Probably due to there scrambling over there bad debt ratio which is flying off the charts. Look elsewhere for your banking needs.

What impresses me about Liberty Bank for Savings in Chicago is not only did I receive my yearly escrow analysis but I received a follow-up phone call from a live human to make sure I was comfortable with the escrow amount increase. There were 3 tellers carrying on a personal conversation while I waited. I didn't mind that because I was the only customer in the bank. Finally, one of the women tellers asks if she can help me. I went up to her and she seemed confused. She asked the other female teller if she could help me and she said, she doesn't have the time ( I'm still the only customer in the bank). She then asks the male teller and he says 4 bonds are too many. She tells me they don't have the time to redeem the bonds, I should make an appointment. I then left, and there still was not another customer in the bank. Went to CitiBank and they redeemed them immediately. I have dealt with other PNC branches in the past and my only advice is DO NOT bank with PNC.
