William Villareal is a racist and discriminatory branch manager at Us Bank in Flossmoor, Il…read more This by far is the worst branch I have encountered in all of my experiences with banking. Prior to this terrible experience at US bank I thought highly of Us bank with respect and good customer services. But what I found out that this bank is racist and discriminates against young African males who have an active bank account with them. I walked into the branch Tuesday, December 26, 2017 to withdraw from my own personal bank account. I filled out a checking withdrawal form and walk to the counter which I encountered the bank teller Chavon. As I'm standing there she looks at my withdrawal slip and ask me why am I withdrawing so much from account. Which I was surprised anybody would ask a customer why are they withdrawing any amount of money. As a customer, you don't have to disclose to a teller of why you are withdrawing money from your bank account. Surprisingly the bank manager who didn't identify himself as the manager repeats the same thing as Chavon asked why am I taking out such a large sum of money. He then tells me I'm not giving you any money out of your account until I can verify where your money comes from. Remind you have I have been banking with us bank for over 10 years, I have never in my life been told that I one can't not withdraw from own personal bank account and secondly my funds need to be personally verified by a branch manager. So, as I'm standing there shock he says I don't what you going to do, but I will not give you money out of your account until I verify your funds. I walk outside the branch in Flossmoor, Il, and immediately called US bank customer services, and which at the point the customer service representative says that not of the practices that William Villarreal (Bill Villarreal). They proceed to intervene which he tells his own company service representative that he is not giving me any money because he wants to find out where my money comes from. It clearly stated that I got a transfer from Republic bank. Now I have been at the branch for 2 hrs. at this point. William calls Republic bank to verify my funds which I didn't know branch managers have the right to call other banks to ask if they gave me money, and then proceeds to call the US bank in Matteson, Il to verify with the branch manager named Jen to see if it was okay to release my funds. By the third hour he finally feels like it is okay to release my funds. I will never ever in my entire life step foot in that location.

The branch manager Jasmine Teamer was very unprofessional within her job she greeted me and then proceeded to state I have an appointment before you so let me start on you and then I have to assist my appointment first before I could finish assisting me. So yes she started to help me and then in the mist of helping her unprofessional self told me I have an appointment before you so I have to assist my appointment first if you would like to wait you can but I have to assist him first. mind you I'm in line the unprofessional branch manager appointment was no where in site but you start to help me then stated no you have to wait and I have to assist my appointment. Once again as if I knew her and I knew she had an appointment person who she placed before me when her appointment was not there I was. I have been with US Bank for years even have my house through them not once have I felt as if I do not want to do business with this bank and I should take all my funds and go to another bank where they treat us hard working citizens with respect and dignity. I would even feel better if Jasmine Teamer was terminated from her position because she very unprofessional and disrespectful as well. Everyone be aware of her bad attitude and decision making as well. That branch manager is bad for the company and I'm glad after waiting there for like two and a half hours I went to another bank and I was treated with respect and all my needs where met.
