I waited approximately 30 minutes, and during that time the line did not move at all. When we arrived, there were no cars in the drive-through. One employee finished helping a customer in the lobby, told the next customer "I'll be right with you," and then turned to assist the drive-through instead. She proceeded to help four cars and never returned to assist the customers who were waiting inside. I understand the need to balance lobby and drive-through service, but it was frustrating to see the lobby line completely stalled while drive-through customers were prioritized, especially after being told help would be right with us. I ended up leaving and not making the deposit. Not Sure I want to go back!!!

Even though the situation was rectified according to their instructions, they applied interest charges. When I asked for it to be reversed, they acknowledged my reason, yet said their system would not allow them to reverse the charges.
