I waited approximately 30 minutes, and during that time the line did not move at all. When we arrived, there were no cars in the drive-through. One employee finished helping a customer in the lobby, told the next customer "I'll be right with you," and then turned to assist the drive-through instead. She proceeded to help four cars and never returned to assist the customers who were waiting inside. I understand the need to balance lobby and drive-through service, but it was frustrating to see the lobby line completely stalled while drive-through customers were prioritized, especially after being told help would be right with us. I ended up leaving and not making the deposit. Not Sure I want to go back!!!

Even though the situation was rectified according to their instructions, they applied interest charges. When I asked for it to be reversed, they acknowledged my reason, yet said their system would not allow them to reverse the charges. Terrible customer service with no flexibility to even correct their own mistakes. Do NOT get this card!
