Low and behold, I received another text message...still no call back. I called a third time and an agent (not Christy) answered and said I was just about to call you. I told her I needed to speak with Christy, to which she stated Cristy was working from home. I asked her to please have Christy contact me to discuss other insurance companies. Never heard from her! Called again a few days later only to be connected to the same agent I spoke to days before. After a lengthy conversation, I did receive a call from Scott. He stated he understood my frustration and need for other insurance options, and that he would be sure to provide some information. That was August 8th...still no options.
