This will unfortunately be the very last time I ever use this company and I will warn you all to steer very clear of them, and this is why! 1. I got a loan for my truck and everything was great. No problems. For the last 7 years everything was exactly the same til this time. They called me at Christmas and asked could I use more money. Sure fine it will help my credit, yes? No. Now don't get me wrong I know all businesses lie to you but an outright lie that I was coming in to sign another loan for $1500 and have 2 separate notes nothing would change. The we're lying through their teeth!!! I would have used some 4 letter words with the -ing suffix but I wan this review to stick! No they didn't do 2 separate loans and I trusted that dirty low down scoundrel. She took my original auto loan paid it off and refinanced a "secured loan" with my truck being collateral and jacked up my APR to 25.33%! How bout them apples??? I didn't want to even say anything because I was so embarrassed that I didn't take the time to read the paperwork I just took her at her word with means absolutely diddly! Her name is DIANNE or DIANNA at the PORTAGE INDIANA location! I've been working with this company since 2011. I would not refer a single soul to there not after that. She wanted to make me believe it was corporate who messed up. She told me to dispute it on my credit report and the reporting part of one main would contact me. Well they didn't. So TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian all changed it back to an auto loan and my credit restabilized. Then about a month later it changed again! And down down down went my score. I was so mad! But what could I do? Foolish me trusted Dianne to be honest. Nope. So I called corporate and to my surprise they were genuinely nice. They were pissed at the fact that she wrote it up how she did and lied to me! So we called to the portage location and talked to Val which is an absolute sweetheart. She is the only reason I haven't thought of going out there and having WWE smack down in that place. I like Val but her alone isn't enough to replace the money I've lost over the months paying for a loan that should have never been fooled with. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place to even an enemy. Steer clear. Capital one offers better rates and shorter terms.

this place gets a negative 5 stars, don't ever get a loan from these people, complete rip off. i…read morerepeat do not get a loan, i had a great credit score once before above 720,these people enjoy ruining lives. some how it sounds to good to be true. i was looking for a great loan in 2018 i thought at the time the rates were low but some how these people got me in a 36% loan. do the math $221.00 a month from april 18 to now i should almost be done with this loan, they said i still owe another $4,200. they are doing fraud and they should go to jail for what they are doing

I asked her why, and she told me that she forgot. So here it is 8 months later and my credit is just as bad and she's refusing to refund me my money. Terrible service with terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anybody use La'Shenna or her business. TERRIBLE service. Cant wait to take her to court.
