I've had 1ST Response pest control for serval yrs now and I have to say they are one of the best pest control companies I've used. They a small independent company like a family business. One of the Things I really Like is they always send out a reminder notice when they are coming out and have always been on time. NO MONTHLY CONTRACT. One other nice thing is they always send you an invoice out the same day they complete the job. If you have any problems they ALWAYS get right back to you to solve it. Could not be happier with our experience. My husband and I are real fix-it-ourselves kind of people but the ants this year have been crazy!! We finally gave in and went off of a recommendation (several, actually) from the a local Facebook page. KC was so prompt, so nice, so thorough. He made sure I understood pricing and procedure beforehand and then explained to me what was happening as he went along without me even asking. He came yesterday afternoon and I've seen nary a single ant crawling around our previously overrun house since then (even though sometimes it takes a while for the barrier to take effect). We hired 1st response after moving in to our house and realizing we had a roach problem. I've dealt with roaches in other homes and have hired other companies and trust me this experience was like no other. Everything was explained to us, from beginning to end. The chemicals were non hazardous to us and our pets. Within 2 weeks I didn't see roaches! The work was so fast and effective! I'm sure everyone's work will be different but I'm amazed of how effective it was! I was extremely interested in this company as their web site was user friendly and their reviews were excellent. So i followed the instructions on their website on how to reach them. A very short time later I was contacted via text (my preference.). Each and every concern, question I had was answered. They were professional, curtious and no question went unanswered. I set up an apt for their next opening in my area. The day of the visit. They were here in the time frame promised. Sent me a text when they were on their way. We have always done our own spraying if we had an ant invasion or something come up. Last year we had an ant invasion that would not respond to anything we tried. Casey did an incredible job dealing with the situation and we have been ant free ever since!! Recently I called 1st Response because the black widows in my backyard were making me too afraid to sit outside and enjoy my yard. I never saw any but the webs everywhere told me they were all over in every crevice. These guys came out and sprayed and dewebbed a lot too! It's so nice to sit outside and not be scared anymore.
