Turns out they know nothing about the permit process or how to properly install the pole. The outlets were not attached the line wasn't installed high enough and more fails. On April 2nd we got a Red Tag that cost us $75 that they refuse to re-imburse for. The fail was their fault. We paid for this pole in 2 payments in February that to this day they dispute the 2nd payment. After several onsite visits they finally figured out how to install the pole correctly and we got a Green Tag on May 14th... 3 months later. Now they say that we owe them $1137.50 and when I spoke with the female at the office she called me a liar. If I don't get a paid in full invoice today, I will be contacting my attorney.
