Shane was very patient and clear in explaining how the system works and what my mother's options were. He was extremely good at listening to our concerns and clarifying anything we needed clarifying. He walked with us through the house, telling us the options we had for different kinds of alarms depending on where the windows were placed or how we used the doors. Say, how often we used the patio door vs the front door vs the door into the garage and which detection system would be best for each. We signed mom up and Shane returned a few days later to install the system. Again, he was very respectful, patient and clear in reviewing all the instructions and had mom practice alarming and un-alarming the system several times both with the code and also again with the remote control.
