I called my dad (he used to own his on HVAC company and I worked for him as a marketing clerk most of my life) to listen to the noise we had and he confirmed it was probably just the capacitor. So I put it out on home advisor to get some pros and had the first 'pro' come out to look. Simply said "it's our capacitor how much to replace it" and he refused to listen and said we needed to replace EVERYTHING (mind you my husband and I are recent college grads and don't really have that kinda money). He refused to just slap a capacitor on to prove if I was right or not and said a sales rep will be back Tuesday. It was a nightmare (no heat in our house when it dropped to 30 overnight). Had a wonderful friend recommend Classic so we called them and they came this morning. Instantly said "yup it's your capacitor, let me slap one on and make sure it didn't hurt your motor too". I immediately knew this was the kind of company that wouldn't BS or swindle me. Ty did an INCREDIBLE job and even flushed our drain pipe for us and installed a pressure valve for easier cleaning later on. The price is affordable and made sense for the work done, honestly priced the exact same as my dad said it would be to have a tech come replace the part! Thank you Classic for saving us and actually listening to the problem we are having! I know who to call if anything else fails in our system!

Customer support used to be great, now it's an AI chatbot. They used to be highly trustworthy, now it's an upsell attempt each routine checkup visit. To top it off, after 12 years of being a Classic customer, their new computer system cannot seem to remember my address, and the techs who show up (once I correct the address every time) have no info about my system. Now they are spamming my phone with stuff about plumbing, electrical work etc. The techs working there are still good, this is not on them.

They were exactly on time, which is so rare these days, and they instantly put me at ease. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. After much gaslighting from this company, it took pressure and leverage for them to do anything when they should have just honored the warranty they use get customers. So, they came out and re-did the pipe causing the same results and again refused to admit it was a warranty repair. They are now saying that because this line passes sewer and water tests the sewage build up and water leak is not their responsibility. These weren't there before BillyGO did any work so, of course, it is their responsibility. I have been quoted $4,000 to fix what BillyGO does not have the sklllset to do. This company does not care about the customer. They care about their revenue and they absolutely will not take responsibility for anything when it will significantly cost them so beware. I now have to have it repaired by a knowledgeable company and pursue BillyGO legally.
