Maybe no one does regular nail polish anymore and maybe this is why our result was so disappointing but we paid $90+ for just a reg. mani and pedi. They rushed through the painting process- bubbles and missed lines and missed cuticles- like obvious missed cuticles- bc I understand that nothing is perfect. And the lady doing my toes was angry and slammed the nail polish down on the table when handing it off to the other lady. Made me feel very uncomfortable and also nervous for the rest of the appointment, which proved to be true. My daughter wanted just a cute starfish on each ring finger but got a 20 min "best try" from a nail tech and it honestly looks more like a toddler abstract doodle. Sad that I paid for this and sad that my daughter's nails look like this for her first time getting her nails done. We will not be coming back. Guess we'll have to do more research on a better place next time.

I walked in and the ladies were nice , the lady that attended me did not wear gloves , I'm aware…read morethat I was probably one of the second customers to arrive in the morning but it is always important to be aware and safe and wear gloves before going hands on another customer, I realize that the nail filers that have been used on my nails has been used on other customers, I understand that nail supplies can be pricey but this nail salon needs to look after their patients, 30 minutes into my nails more and more customers arrived and another lady had to finish my nails , she was very aware she wore her gloves and she used a new nail filer she did my nails very nice.

The owner is rude and cancelled my appt after me being 9 minutes late. They have called me before to reschedule my appointment and I've had to wait on Brian more than 15 minutes in other occasions and never mind that because he is popular and he overbooks him. But to just dismiss me and walk off while I'm talking to you is just unprofessional. I am a loyal customer and come every 2 weeks and spend $$ and will not be treated in that manner.

Too bad because they don't even ask length they just chop it short. Want almond shape? Too bad the nails techs won't even ask what shape you want so you're stuck with square. They will pull ur arms and cut your hands and feet so much it stings. Tried complaining about crooked, chunky, unset gel nails , not to mention wrong shape ( yes a reference pic was shown) and these incompetent nail techs didn't offer a solution.
