Fast Tow called us to ask a few questions, assessing the situation to determine what type of tow truck would be needed. This was during the cold snap so temps were in the teens and the wind made it feel even colder. Rodney arrived on time, he quickly used a charge box to start the car and drove it on to the flat bed. In less than 5 minutes we were on the way. The shop was less than 2 miles away it was the quickest trip, and using the AAA there was no charge. Rodney was all business, friendly, informative and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism. After AAA assigned this company I read the reviews that made me nervous. Thankfully I can say we had none of those negative experiences and would recommend their services.

The guy I spone to said my origional guy bailed on me and he was dispatching someone else. Somehow, that guy ended up at Rockwall. I am in Garland. Just a few minutes later my phone rings and it is Raph asking for my location. He gets a little turned around but is really close so my husband and I met him to bring him to where the wrecked car is at. he waisted not a single second more of my time. He loaded up my car. He followed up texting me the name of the person at the collision repair shop he left my keys with. excellent follow through. so the stars aren't really for UNIQUE ROADSIDE LLC so much as it is for Raph. Thank you!!

This company was assigned by my insurance (State Farm) for a roadside assistance tow. At 1:30pm I…read morewas told that this company had been assigned to tow my car, and the ETA given was 30-60 minutes. As of 4:00pm, I had to have State Farm re-assign the job because the tow truck had still not arrived and I had heard nothing from the towing company themselves. I tried dialing the company directly before I reached out to roadside assistance. The number I used was the number provided by roadside assistance, which matches the number on this page. Nobody picked up my call, and I got a message that the voice mail box was full and unable to accept any new messages. The roadside assistance agent said that she, too, had been sent to voicemail (in fact, she had tried four times) and she also was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. The complete communication breakdown makes me very reluctant to ever deal with this company again.

Jedi was the one who came to drop my car off and he did it super quickly and professionally! I asked him to park the car alongside the curve of the culdesac, which was a bit of a tight squeeze for the tow truck but he managed to get it done. On the way to the shop, the first tow truck contacted by my insurance wasn't able to tow the car and recommended that we call the insurance and have them send out someone with proper equipment, and sure enough they send Pantusa. I didn't catch the guy who came out this time but he was super patient and slowly and carefully maneuvered my car onto the flatbed with no issues!

Tesla dispatched Pantusa at about 10pm to come tow my car back to the closest service center, which was back in El Paso. Shortly after hanging up with Tesla I received a call from Charles, the tow truck driver, letting me know he was dispatched, that he was coming from El Paso, and he'd let me know when he was close. I've a towing company a couple times in my life and never had that happen, it was comforting to get the communication. He text me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know, which was now almost midnight. When he arrived he took pictures all around the car, including the underside, and sent them to me so I also had them. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that since the prior time I had my X towed they did damage to the wheel and underside of the car. He clearly was familiar with towing the model X and knew where and how to pull onto the flatbed, and was very carful when doing so. Since it was very late by the time we got back to El Paso, he offered to take me to the hotel before dropping off the car at the service center. Overall, I was dealing with crappy situation but I really appreciated that Charles was friendly, communicative, attentive to details, and very competent in what he does, which helped lessen the stress of the situation. Thanks Charles.
