He's such a cool dude and I deeply admire him for bringing 3 CM Chicken locations to the West Coast. Wings were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and crispy. You can really taste how they use fresh ingredients in their recipes. Waffle fries did not disappointment. And the side fixings were such a nice touch to the overall savory-ness of the meal.
