Our server, Olivia, was friendly, attentive, and offered some wonderful recommendations. We took her advice, and we're so glad we did! Our Arnold Palmers arrived in fun, mismatched glasses. The arancini followed promptly, featuring a perfectly crispy exterior bursting with melted mozzarella, nestled in a flavorful pool of tomato sauce and delicately dusted with Parmesan. The Bianco white based pizza was incredibly flavorful, and the wood-fired Kassi chicken wings were bursting with flavor! The bleu cheese dipping sauce was a delightful surprise, with a subtle hint of crisp apple that made it especially memorable. There's just something about wood-fired cooking that makes everything taste better! Throughout our meal, Olivia was wonderfully attentive. Our drinks were refilled without us ever having to ask, and the service was seamless. The décor was festive and perfectly suited to the haunted Halloween season, adding a fun atmosphere to our visit. We finished our meal with a slice of tiramisu, which was the perfect ending to an already excellent dining experience. A special thank-you to Olivia for making our visit so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

We were tucked in a corner with a view of the water (though the sun had already set). The interior felt elegant, though they do not have a dress code. Food took a while but the waitress apologized and explained why which I was grateful for (there was a huge party right before us). Throughout, our waitress was attentive, but not overbearing Buffalo shrimp - this was delicious. It comes with only 4, but it is the perfect appetizer. Pomodoro - the pasta was cooked perfectly but I found the flavor to be a bit underwhelming. Portion size was satisfactory. Chicken Marsala - both pasta and chicken was cooked perfectly, and it was much more flavorful than the pomodoro. Mushrooms were delicious. Chicken wasn't seasoned outside of the sauce. Broccolini - both I and my partner got a side of brocolini, mine came out with three and hers came out with one. Not sure what happened there, but we paid the same amount. We ordered a Caesar salad that we never received. Tirimisu - this was stellar. I was already full, but I definitely overate just so I could finish off the dessert. Overall, the experience was quite plesant, and despite some smaller hiccups I would definitely recommend this place. Not sure I myself would return, but that has more to do with the fact that I'm not the biggest fan of Italian cuisine in general.

We ordered the following: 1,000 Island Omelet (ham, onion, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes). The omelet was accompanied by perfectly seasoned potatoes, strawberries, and rye roast. The other order was the Harbor Breakfast (2 sunny side up eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, English muffins, and strawberry). Both of these selections were flavorful, filling, and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend the Seaway Grille enough and am so glad that it's conveniently located within the 1,000 Islands Harbor Hotel.

The appetizer we originally ordered wasn't available, so we ordered the crab dip. Unfortunately, it contained very little crab, had a thick, paste-like texture, and was so unappetizing that we barely touched it. The entrees were even more disappointing. Two chicken dishes were literally inedible due to their taste, appearance, and poor preparation. The pork chops were edible but very dry, and they weren't served with the side dish described on the menu. The steak was also overcooked, dry, lacking flavor, and also came with the wrong side dish. What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of attention from management. With multiple meals left untouched or barely eaten, you would expect a manager to stop by the table, ask about the experience, or make an effort to address the obvious problems. That never happened. The one bright spot of the evening was our server, who was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and did everything she could to make the best of a very disappointing dining experience. She deserves recognition because the poor food and lack of management were not a reflection of her excellent service. In an effort of some compensation we were given a couple plates of chocolate covered cherries and cream that were the best part of the entire meal. Too little too late. I Do Not Recommend This Restaurant

When we got there, we were greeted and sat at the hibachi grill instantly. There was one other table, with about 5 people, when we were sat. Our waitress was over within a couple minutes to take our food and drink orders. Within a couple minutes of ordering, my wife and I were brought a ginger salad and miso soup. The ginger salad was your typical ginger salad with crunchy vegetables and bright dressing. The miso soup was some of the most flavorful miso soup I have ever had, and it made me want a second bowl seeing it was a colder day. To start I ordered a spicy maki combo sushi, which consisted of spicy tuna, spicy yellowtail, and spicy salmon rolls. The sushi came out relatively fast, and was very presentable. All of the sushi tasted fresh, and did not have that fishy taste that I have had with getting these rolls at other restaurants. After a little while, our hibachi chef came to our table, greeted us, and had us move to the seats in front of the grill, seeing we were the only two at the table. He started off by making sure he had the correct orders for us, and then lit the grill on fire, which had a very nice warmth to it. The chef did a great job putting on a show for us, while cooking our food! Our chef also had some good throws, when myself and my wife both caught pieces of broccoli in our mouths. The chef was also funny and squirted water into both of our mouths, from a bottle that had a top that looked like a child was peeing the liquid out . The chef made sure to tell us everything he was doing while he cooked our food. I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi with fried rice, vegetables, and 2 shrimp. The vegetables had a great cook on them, with that distinct teriyaki flavor. The steak and chicken were both cooked well. I was gladly surprised the chicken didn't have that dry/squeaky texture it some times can. The rice was okay, it had good flavor but seemed slightly over done. The 2 pieces of shrimp were good but nothing to write home about. Overall, we had a great time. Our hibachi chef was amazing, and my wife and I will be back in the future.

Six of us, with four orders of broiled haddock, one chicken parmesan, and one grilled chicken Caesar. The haddock was very disappointing. All arrived on cold plates, over-seasoned with paprika (and nothing else'), accompanied by a meager five or six overcooked thin slices of zucchini. It was obvious the vegetables were reheated, as they almost dissolved on the cold plate. The fish was barely warm, bland, and uninspired. The chicken Parmesan was very large, enough to serve three. The chicken Caesar was also lime-warm, also obviously reheated, warm and limp, not hot and seared as one would expect from a grilled chicken breast. It was chopped into shall pieces and tossed in the salad. Our friend did not eat it all, as they were turned off by the odd flavor and obvious "not grilled, reheated" presentation. Later that night, they were sick and continued to be ill into the next afternoon. This establishment needs a critical look at its head chef, freshness of ingredients, and presentation of service. I'm allowing one star for friendliness of our hostess.
