Bryan was quick to get back to my inquiry and was at the house to assess the project within a day. 2) Knowledgeable. Our refrigerator had leaked and warped several boards. Bryan explained the pros and cons of board replacement vs letting the boards dry out. We went with the latter and saved money. We had another challenge in the fact that we did not have two rooms refinished which meant seamless color matching. Alfredo was an artist and had an eye for selecting the perfect match. Although the final decision was ours, his experience was a definite help. 3) Efficient. The whole process from start to finish only took three days. We used the opportunity for a little vacation in the mountains and came home to beautiful floors! 4) Professional. Kevin, the project manager, came the weekend before to assess the job site and answer any questions. Alberto hung plastic and taped off the areas to reduce dust and vacuumed any remaining dust before the final coat. I asked for it to be glued down, tiles selected had instructions for gluing but they were not followed. I was not told during the project the installer was not gluing them down per instructions until the project was done. I am now having to consider replacing it since the floor pops and snaps when we walk on it. I also just discovered that when the trim they removed was replaced the caulk used was kitchen caulk (not paintable) so I had to scrape it off and redo it.

I could not imagine how this would work so it took me 23 years of thinking about it. I called Custom Flooring because of their ratings. Randy came over, took one look at this challenge and made a recommendation to increase the amount of the floor to be tiled. Once he did that, I could finally visualize how the floor would look and I said yes to his ideas. Besides the wood floor in the kitchen, the kitchen island was an absolute horrendous eyesore and after 23 years, the cabinets were starting to disentigrate. Randy had to work with what was there in order to avoid electrical problems. I wanted something that added a wow factor to the kitchen. See the before and after pictures. Randy gave us an estimate of 6 weeks. He finished 3 days early and the 6 weeks flew right by because there was someone working every day, so we saw progress every day. There were minor problems along the way, big surprise, Randy and his crew addressed them immediately. Randy made some suggestions that I wasn't too sure about, but, those suggestions made all the difference in the world, giving our kitchen a clean, solid finish. I knew going into this that the kitchen remodel would be expensive. In the reviews I found for this company, they had a lot of positive reviews and one negative. Michelle responded to the complaint rather than blowing off the client. Her response to that negative review gave me a bit more confidence in a company I knew nothing about. Taking out wood floors and putting in tile is an expensive and nerve wracking undertaking. For this amount of money, I was nervous about finding someone who would do the job at the quoted cost, in the quoted amount of time and have the end results that I wanted, which is a fantastic looking kitchen and user friendly, and no more hardwood floors in the kitchen. After connecting with Simply Floors early 2026 because of the shredding carpet and after a couple of inspections and coordination with the manufacturer of the carpet, I now have the replacement installed (June 1, 2026). The installation was a good process this time and the carpet will most likely hold up very well. Good installation, done within a reasonable time frame and confirmation of details beforehand was achieved. Would have given 5 stars if this was how it went in the beginning. Although I wouldn't recommend one company over another, I would recommend solid communication with all involved, especially with the install crew and company together so everyone is on the same page from the beginning and not just futile lip service. Follow-up inquiries are also important. Would I work with this company again---probably, since they came through with corrections.

The carpet we purchased from them started to show signs of failing after 2 years. Now after 5 years the carpet through out the whole house is failing. after several attempts to contact them by texts, phone messages and email we were told everything was out of warranty. Since we were never told what kind of warranty we were getting we decided to do our own research. first we found out the installation warranty they offer is only for one year, so if your carpet fails after less than 5 years like ours you are out of luck. It's interesting though that many other companies like carpet mill for example offer a 10 year warranty as well as several others who actually offer lifetime installation warranties. we also found out the carpet that we bought has a 20 year warranty. so beware if you buy carpet from Weaver carpets be informed of what warranties they offer.

The kitchen in our house had tile, but we wanted hardwood throughout, so after we removed the tile, they were able to weave in the same type of hardwood that was already in the rest of the house and it looks like it has always been that way. It's honestly amazing how well the new wood blended with the old. I wanted a pretty specific look and I was really high maintenance about the color choice, but Brian and Eric were super patient with me and treated me with kindness and respect. These guys are SUPER knowledgable and they will tell you if your ideas will work or not, but on top of that, if your idea isn't going to work, they will have a better solution that will still get you the look you are going for, but with products they know will work. They have tested all the products out there and they know what works best. Trust their judgement. They seriously know what they are talking about. I ended up with a beautiful floor that I LOVE, and I'm so grateful to Weaver Carpets for making it happen.
