I was told about this little spot and good thing I didn't just go off of the reviews, I thought the food was pretty good and the customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend and return for breakfast. Moved in our daughter from Sacramento, CA.

My expectations in a small town are always lower, but this restaurant surprised me. Super cute outdoor patio, even more super friendly staff, varied menu and delicious food. To top it off, I asked for crispy hashbrowns and got them exactly the way I like them. If you're rolling through town, this is a great place to get a bite.

Best breakfast! Traditional American breakfast With fantastic quick service. Everything on the menu was delicious.

Cinnamon roll was amazing. Worth the $8 and can be shared. The chorizo burrito was good but could be smothered in more green chili.

And it is so sad it's so far from home :(. The coffee was sooooooo delicious and had a very good Rich flavor. I wasn't expecting such good coffee while passing through! The Mac and cheese was alsooo soooo good and had so much flavor. I would travel all the way back from Texas just to come back. Not to mention the place was adorable inside and the staff was the sweetest. Definitely make a stop by if you're on the road!

The coffee drinks we ordered were outstanding. My 16 oz Latte was rich and smooth. Delicious . My son's Americano was made with added cream. So refreshing to not be told "the cream is over there you can add it yourself ". We both ordered wraps which were served hot and fresh. There were plenty of tables and we chose one next to the fireplace. The cafe is decorated with care and held so much character. A mix of 80/90s Music was playing in the background. I can see why I saw a few customers making themselves at home with their books and computers. Appeared to be camped out for a while . They had a self service water station with extra napkins and coffee condiments. Newspapers and reading material were in an old fashion holder near the fireplace. This is the perfect place to decompress and relax. We met a doggy too Owners told us their dog walks them there every day to get his treat. This pup was just beaming. Water dish out front for their 4 legged friends. Noticed several customers picking up to go orders so if you're on the run you can order in advance. Hope to return again I pretty much know my son will be going back often. Highly recommend.

With all the hubbub, it was amazingly quiet. Everyone was talking and enjoying their meals, yet we had no problems hearing each other. The coffee gal had our coffees to us asap, with water, and kept them full the entire meal. Our waitress, Keeley greeted us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. And before we knew it, our meals were served up hot and oh so scrumptious! I definitely recommend - it's worth the 5-10 minute wait! You won't be disappointed! It was featured on Diner's Drive-ins and Dives with a plaque and wall art to confirm. We got a table quickly and the service was attentive and fast despite that they were busy. They offered mimosas and bloody Mary's to complete the breakfast experience which we chose to partake. My husband got the smothered breakfast burrito and said it was very tasty. I chose to the Prairie Rose Omelet with hash browns and sourdough toast. I loved the omelet which was fluffy and flavorful. The sourdough toast was very good as well, toasted perfect and many jams to choose from on the table. They had famous sweet rolls that sell out quickly, so I took one to go just to make sure I tried one. It was very good, even the next day. The low point was the overcooked crunchy hash browns that didn't add much to the meal and I didn't eat them all. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a super breakfast.
